I was waiting to re watch it. I was so lost with the personnel packages the 1st time it was brought up. I thought it's a playbook design but turns out its a code for the playbook. What got me lost was the numbers. I would stick to the old fashion way since this system will confused new folks that tuned in.

Getsy has more weapons now than he had at other teams. If he fails now he shouldn't be a head play caller anymore. Depending on how our qbs can adjust and learn, we should be ok...he did a good job against us last year. With that being said, we had a top 10 to 15 defense. We're better now, and like AP said other qbs have to worry now!
