I like the idea, similar to me. Don’t forget you can play old season prem from March so might be weeks where you’re better slotting the new season into old for a more competitive team or play both so you defo have a keeper playing in one team

I think you're being a bit ambitious. With no 270 cap the tournament will be very hard with value picks like yours, I have the full Fulham collection for this season and hit 320 points with the 3-1 win, Palhinha captain only getting 45 lets me down.
The Alisson DNP destroyed so many teams as well, I think we will be seeing 380 points+ required for the $50 as more players complete their City/Arsenal/Liverpool stacks.

initially it was 'let me try swap my old cards for new ones' which turned into lets do that + buy a few more new ones 🤣

Harry you can defo get 2 teams out with your cards to cover you in both scenarios of whatever keeper plays. Don't overlook that!

I've sold my new season cards for higher quality old season cards at a similar price. Think we're gonna see a nasty crash for new season cards in May

I started yesterday and I dont understand it fully. Do you know what is the best way to get cards either free or for not much money. And is those in season tournements every week?

The 'in season' premier league comp will run till the end of the Prem season & they will be every weekend! The only way to have a chance at winning 'free' in season cards is by playing 'Sorare rivals' in which after 3 consecutive rival wins in the arena you will get a 'rewards box' which has low probability of you winning a limited sorare card. Basically the answer is its not really possible to play the premier league in season comp without spending $
