I tried with poly gel and failed because I used bright white and it was way to bright to blend. I think it would work nice if I mixed the white with pink

I think the same. So i made it easier for me. I am using white polygel,and hard cover gel. Much easier with polygel.

My first nails I did, on my own nails were baby boomer with builder gel and they were so pretty ! Hearing you say that doing this is very hard I now feel a bit proud of myself hihi. And mind you I have the worst products since I bought a reaaaally cheap starter pack because I didn't want to waste products practicing also kinda broke. 😂😅

I totally agree that ombre is so much easier with polygel or acrylic! I cannot for the life of me get it to work with hard gel. I get so frustrated with it that I just give up. Ugh. I really need to sit and practice this more.

Looks like the trick here is the clearcoat on top then shape and file. So that you don’t file away the pink and white.

Yep. At 60 I want to keep it classy and sophisticated, and not wreck my natural nails, which is why I could never deal with fake nails... till polygel (I know this is hard gel). If they don't look real and natural, forget it.
