A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called yesterday, 26 August, at approximately 16:52 to reports of a medical emergency in the St Mellons area of Cardiff. We responded with two ambulances, one rapid response vehicle and were supported by Wales Air Ambulance.” A 50-year-old man was declared deceased at the scene. His death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for HM Coroner.
