Erik, this bittersweet video is really one of the best vlog episodes on YT. I've watched it many times. Not just because it shows genuine joy and heartfelt expectation but because it conjures up all sorts of emotions and remembrances in the viewer. I'm an old lady now, but one thing written during my young womanhood somehow fits here, "We do survive, sometimes even when we don't want to." My heartfelt admiration goes out to you, Erik, for the class and courage you've shown and especially that determination to survive no matter what. In survival, growth comes.
