- This is a house flip I bought a couple of months ago but it took us a while to get started on it. Over the years I have learned who I want working on our flips and who I don't based on many factors.

I personally would refinish the cast iron tub they are so much better than the plastic ones.
That could be an option. They aren't easy to move thats for sure
@@investfourmore Ha for sure but some people do understand the value of them. Like they keep the water hotter for longer if you need a soak. I have moved a few of those tubs. They usually get busted up.
Bump that odd asymmetrical out, even it up and make an actual covering for the front stoop.
The dryer vents into the garage because the back half of the garage was added on after the house was built. Clearly when the addition was done they half stepped it. Don't let anyone fool you, contractors doing poor work is not a new phenomenon. I often wonder when I watch a channel like yours and see a addition or some other major remodel in/on a house flip "I wonder if that was properly permitted or inspected back in the day?" and if permits/inspections were done I have to just shake my head.

@investfourmore most people don't have a clue but it can be used for other things like hanging a fly swatter or a shrit
I don't like the asymetrical trim over the front porch. I wouldn't buy the fixed up house because of it...or fix that issue myself. Just thought I would share. I can't wait to see the progress. Thanks for posting!
It is weird
The outside thing used to be a full triangle. You can tell by looking at the brick. I really hate it and it looks like it's incorporated into the roof too. 😬 I went back and that is the original floor that was in the house when you bought it so they didn't rip any asbestos out.

Finally after waiting two months to start the house with the good fast crew in it. Yes the bathroom to kitchen a complete overhaul. The basement lights have to go out with the ugly ones. Once you get to the finish line it going to be a great house for a family.
Can I have the cupboards? This is the exact layout of my house! Just set it all out on the curb and I’ll come get it 😏

Maybe it's lack of time. I've noticed this channel has become more involved in your rentals and various other businesses.... moreso than the "flips". There are only so many hours in a day.
It's way harder to find flips right now.

You can’t pull off anything in a business like fashion. You hold yourself out as an author and an expert but you can’t figure out how to open a laundromat quickly, and apparently it’s the same thing for this house. Maybe when you grow up, you’ll figure out that the longer it takes to do something the more money it costs. You must’ve missed Business 101.
