Gosh I wish I could choose whose perspective to watch...it's so frustrating to hardly ever see Katelyn's. Especially when she's hunting, exploring, etc. And whenever Evan is just building, or scrolling through pages in the book or his inventory. I'm sure everyone has their own preferences, too. Steam and CZcams need to get together on that. ;)
I wish there was a way for each person to choose! How different would everyone's experiences be then? 🤩

You have to wait for the girl to make the first move for friendship, if you see her put away all weapons or items you are holding and do not approach her or she will run away. she will eventually get used to you if you show no aggressive movement and do not walk toward her she will then give you gifts and you can give her weapons and clothing she will help you fight but if she is hurt she can die permanently like your deaf friend and you need to heal them both to keep them alive

there are so many nature sounds, especially water sounds that i fell asleep 4 times while watching. Still watched the full 5 hours though, and loved every second. I'm so excited you guys are finally playing this

Watching Evan struggle with the door. You should build a gate in a wall, not a door. They will climb over what you did, but not a sharpened wall.

I know i’m a bit late but incase this helps anyone out you can place down Gps markers! If you place down a stick like you are building a tent and pull out a GPS tracker (It should be in the black or red box in your inventory if you have one) You can then choose a logo for it to show and place it down on the stick!

You guys are set up in literally the worst part of the beach to make a camp. Past the river, around the next bend from where you are is a peninsula beach that is perfectly defensible for a base. Surrounded on 3 sides by water and you can set up a single fence to defend it. You are going to continually get attacked where you are.
Yelling just build a wall and then you can turn it into a door hahaha that was so frustrating but I love this 😊

Wow this game only came out on Feb 22, 2024. I had no idea. It looks sweet. So, I got a copy.
When the logs snap to a particular distance from another log/wall, it looks like it can fit the door "bottom frame" and I think it'll help with properly attaching the door to the wall. Otherwise, maybe adding a diagonal log to an already constructed defensive wall would help with making a gate, cuz that's how it looked like in The Forest before. I hope what I'm saying makes sense and is right lol, otherwise I had so much fun watching you guys play this!! Looking forward to more ^^
