- On Wednesday, August 25th 2021, I was peacefully exercising my 1st Amendement RIght at the Department of Social Services located at: 3085 Veterans Memorial Highway Ronkonkoma, NY. As I entered the public building I was immediately confronted by Allied Security Guards who ASSAULTED me! Pushing me, grabbing my camera and acting like THUGS. Suffolk Police arrive on scene and find no laws were broken by these security guards. UNBELIEVABLE. The police always want to enforce feeling and policy but when it comes to actually enforcing the law they decline? My fellow patriots you know I will NOT let this stand. I will be follwing up with internal affairs for Sgt. Flemmings deriliction of duty. I will also be following up with civil litigation against Allied Universal and or the Suffolk County Goverment. I was unable to get the names of the "security guards" but I will get their names and when I do I will update this description. STAY TUNED FOR INCOMING FOLLOW UP! WE THE PEOPLE WILL NOT LET THIS STAND!

I work armed security, when I heard that cop say they had the authority to put their hands on the cameraman, I damn near lost it. No security guard can put their hands on anyone unless the person commits a felony or misdemeanor in their presence. It's complete bullshit. Cop was wrong in this instance.

big man yes, the thinner guy wasn't that bad at all. I also worked for them and they as a company do absolutely nothing for their employees when it comes HR issues. I was abused for 7 straight years in this company and still made a Director role for my work. Then a new boss decided he didn't like me and despite 13 complaints against him between 5 different employees they fired ME when i went on medical leave.
the way it SHOULD have been handled; and this is my one gripe with the thinner guy is he should have realized his co-worker was escalating and had him relieved with another officer to de-escalate so as to retake control of the situation. If he couldn't control the situation due to this man not being cooperative just call PD and let them handle it. This auditor was non-violent therefore not a real threat. No need to force him out right away. Just ask him if he can talk outside to get him out short term and go from there.
That said 1st Amendment auditors are the absolute most obnoxious offenders I have ever had to handle. They purposefully seek conflict under a strange complex where they believe they are protecting peoples rights by violating other peoples rights. This man would do well to research expectation of privacy laws. The guards involved need to be educated on policy within the company because they violated.... several.

You clearly didn't read what i said. I'm not going to argue with you. For the record the person who fired me did so for reporting civil rights violations and severely unethical practices (and some felonies I witnessed). I was trying to get the company to address a major major problem. But they thought it easier to remove me and make it go away. You think whatever you want because nobody is ever going to convince you of anything you didn't already solidify in your head.
More auditors should go to that building all at once and act upon their constitutional rights.

allied is the WORST of the worst when it comes to actual security. i used to work armed security and we even referred to allied as the mcdonald's or walmart of security. lowest point of entry, almost no real training, training is all book based not real world. this is what happens..they dont know how to de-escalate and they start shit because they think they have a position of power.. in reality, security has no more power than anyone else, its mostly theater.

The, "crying child," is going to be able to support himself with the payout that the security company will ultimately be relinquishing to him, while the two security guards will be collecting unemployment if their company doesn't dispute their filings, or outright welfare if it does, either of which will be paid for by taxpayers. Probable cause can also be determined by the courts and results in an arrest warrant being issued. Personally I can't see how based on the video evidence we just saw the Sargeant considered there to be inadequate evidence to support probable cause of a crime.
