Great video mate. The pressing part is very similar to how I play. What I do is show wide players inside with trap inside on with bwm in middle and press all central players in midfield with selective tackle harder it has worked for a long time now
Yeah it’s very interesting the types of things you can do when you combine opposition instructions and certain parts of the tactical instructions.
@LewisH90 I find there r so many ways to be creative with tactics u just need a vision and put a thought process into and actual think about how u want it to come together. Combine all that and it can work wonders

The preferred side of a player made a huge difference for me. I signed Declan Rice for an astronomical sum of money on one save and he would constantly underperform. That's until I noticed he preferred to play on the left side of the field. That small change raised his match performance by 1.5 to 2. He finally became the star midfield I was hoping for.
Yeah it’s a very subtle feature and one that’s not widely spoke about!

Went away and tried these tips last night. Turned the opposition inside on my 523 and my team went from 2 to 3 xg per match to 3 to 4 xg per match on average 😮

Tips for other opposition settings; mark tight, press intensity, tackle hard, shouts, home n away differences? Just do every setting pls 😂
Nice to see the changes work man! To the other settings, it’s based on different things, check my FM23 opposition instructions video out for explanations into why and when, it’s still relevant.

Also, if you could explain attributes and the way they work in the game. Does player with higher CA but worse position attributes play better than that with lower CA but better attributes. I always looked on stars CA PA
Not 100% sure what you mean, what are position attributes? CA is directly impacted by attributes so higher CA = better attributes.

I always struggle away from home against teams at my level or above, is there any way to improve there?
The very first thing I would try which is really easy is dropping the mentality down one. Another things is less closing down, and mid blocks rather than high presses. Most people just play attacking generally and rarely change it and just get smacked by the big teams.
I have hever seen any diffenrece with mark position on and of. Ich Watch md games fulltime and nothing Change in the behavior of the player
I did when I asked my wide players to do it. I think it does need a bit of an overhaul for FM25 though!
