Just shows how good model citizen personality is, they develop like crazy, even if they drop to driven is still the top end of driven which doesnt impact development Also about the clauses, the clauses to be triggered your board has to negotiate a deal for the clause with the other club and sometimes they just dont do it but the best we can do is put the clause and hope they negotiate that clause eventually

Petersen looks like a winger for me, I'd probably retrain him on the right with his 10 crossing. Tangvig a DLP, he can tackle a bit and the vision is nice. Jorgensen, Krogdahl and Tangvig my picks of the bunch.

Post match I find you can really improve players by individually highlighting they haven’t been good enough, if they are =<6.6 rating telling them they weren’t good enough gets a positive response. =<6.3 telling them your angry at their performance also gets a positive response. If they have had a great game then tell them also individually, this can also get a positive response and an email from the player appreciate of your kind words. Morale is I would say the most important thing in FM, an average team with high morale can get so a long way

Seems that everytime I praise, unless I’m battering teams I always concede seconds after. I use fire-up if after 15 mins I haven’t produced enough shots and ratings are average and works well but only the once. Apart from encourage when your drawing/losing, berate if your getting beat badly, praise if your winning all other talks seem to piss them right off. Also a nice tip, if you’ve hit encourage and then you score before the talk has had an effect, open tactics then hit cancel to remove the shout as god forbid we would encourage our players after they have scored and anger then haha

Too bad about losing another player, you don’t have any other choice right now, at least the 50% sell ons will make a difference soon.

I loath moving, I had a GF who seemed to love it, every year she wanted to move. That and pets, she would go on a pet trip and had to have a rabbit, cat, dog, fish, whatever, she would look after it for a fortnight and then of course she got bored and I had to care for the poor things. I had to put a stop to it before I had a menagerie on my hands, I was going to build an ark and wait for the waters but putting the foot down paid dividends.

Hi mate. Thanks for this video last few fms I have struggled with team talks a few fms ago everything was sorted but it all changed and somethings seem to act differently in fm and this is seriously 1 area I have seen a big big change. Interesting that u say use no pressure as this is 1 thing I have always refused to use as I view this as the same as saying I don't care, do waht u want. Coach of mine as a teenager always said play with pride integrity and passion, under no circumstances let your passion drop. I always suddenly when I look at that option and ask what does it actually mean. Would fergie or wenger say that.

that explain alot why i failed with my aresnal team now LUL my tactics didnt fit players and my style haha as someone who only has 50 hours in FM that video solved alot of issues i had . now to going to listen to play instruction

I would train Mikkel Schreiber as an enganche I would sign Lucas Dylong and train him as a DM(s) or DM(d) I would play Nielsen as a left winger and build the team around him, if you could hold this one for 2 or 3 season you get promoted for sure.

I'm kinda pretty constant with the intakes, anyone with an exceptional personality - professional, model citizen, spirited, sporting with determination below 5 - get signed no matter the star rating, sometimes staff get it wrong and I have had guys go up 2 stars in a year. Also it helps with the club overall personality and rubs off on all the other players as well. Anyone with a bad personality don't get signed - unambitious, low self belief, undetermined - no matter the star rating until I have above good facilities and some good tutors , they just wont improve that much. Players like Pederson I would train as IWB and have a more traditional winger or Mezz to provide the width.

lucas should defenitly be signed 13 leadership, 18 determination and model citizen, staff sometimes get potential wrong on 15/16 years olds, and with that personality he will be 4starts for sure and if he turns into a team leader he can influence a lot the personalities of the other players

Just binged entire series in last 2 days, its super fun to watch and nice to see how some of the youngsters are improving! Hopefully you can make a push to the top league within next 2 years. Sad to see that wonderkid striker leave for nothing.. it's super frustrating. Could you show maybe the tactic screen with every starter on their position more often? I like the clarity of seeing that screen where starters are shown on their spots so are the subs. Good luck man, can't wait for the next episode!

I think you need to sign them to a pre professional contract aswell usually you can do it after they signed the youth contract and after that you cant lose them for free because they alredy signed a profissional one that will kick when they turn 17/18 depending on the country

Sign Rasmussen. Mentor him with your best personalities, and hard focus his vision through the passing training option. Technique, work rate, first touch, flair, decisions, bravery are all excellent. Passing, positioning, off ball, marking, tackling, all good for his age too. Natural fitness good so his physicals should go up at a good rate. He could be a monster midfielder in a few seasons. He could be winning the ball and leading the counter before the opposition knows what hit them.
