I just found weird how in the anime the nukes that fell with her to the lava pit were barely shown, in the manga it was much more evident.

She was so close to achieving her dream, Never found out what happened to her "Mother", And died via falling in a hole all alone, regretting it all. So sad... I really think she had a moment of self reflection as she fell down, looking at the happy Flower Capital people. It reminded her that in the end, All she wanted was to make a happy world where everyone's equal and all happily get along. And she failed.
She just did things the wrong way, I guess. Maybe if she ruled with kindness and not with fear, Things could've been different... You never know! But she will definitely be missed!😔

I think the madness from her losing mother is what drove her to become so malicious. She otherwise seemed like a tolerable person to negotiate with, and somewhat easy to get along with if you’re courteous with her. Also, remember the people living on WCI are WILLINGLY giving her their life span to stay on the island for protection. (Obviously it might be out of fear but they all genuinely think it’s a great place, it’s seemed otherwise peaceful before Luffy infiltrated for the wedding).

Either Big Mom and Kaido are both alive, or they're both dead. There is absolutely zero chance Big Mom survived but Kaido didn't, despite the fact that she was in the magma for WAAAAAY longer then him. I'm of the mindset that they're both still alive because they're just way too important to the world of One Piece to simply die, especially Big Mom who Luffy never settled his beef with.
