Replacement of door glass on 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Replacement of door glass 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee drivers side. My first attempt: about 1 hr job.. FYI when u loosen the bolts for the glass clamps: DONT take them off, just loosen them 1/2 way.. and !!! the glass lays in the holders.. do not try to align the wholes of the glass to the bolt holes.. Hope you got the guy that broke into your wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee. Thanks for the video. Some lady backed into my truck on Friday and I might have change the glass from the damaged front passenger door to the replace door to match the tint with the rest of the windows.

Clear silicone lubricant spray is the perfect lube for the window seals on automobiles including Jeep's and doesn't leave a huge mess.

I am trying to get the replacement glass from a junkyard do you think it would be reasonably easy to remove the glass without damaging it? Again like you, I have never done this before but sure appreciate the hell out of you making this video :-)

Yes, the answer was yes- the moisture barrier pulled down halfway. Easy-peasy. Took 40 minutes, and part of that was getting my tools together.

I am trying to replace the glass on the back right window. Is it the same as the driver window. I know they are different shapes but do you know if they are similar at all?

Interior panel just slides up and off of the lock.,
