Like any other sport you can’t be good at it right off the bat. Quads also needs practice like everything else. Unless you’ve actually won a game in the Olympics then you can’t be talking so keep your mouth shut and stay in your place, cause if you haven’t done it dont go around saying others need to. 🤯🤯🤯 But about hand eye coordination, you need to work with your hands and work with coordination like other sports 🫤👍
