That was an amazing video!👏🏽Well Hurricane Maria did her thing! You need to go back to see that we're what they call us, resilient people and our beautiful island is blessed by nature! I must also thank all, for the tremendous help given to us🙏🏾, God's blessings! Waitikubuli is still standing!🇩🇲
Thank you for providing eyes and ears for those of us living overseas. And thank you for not rushing the video. Your care and compassion come thru quite clearly. Very touching.
May God protect this resilient Nation And It People.... After the storms is a good weather they say -Dominica will overcome that difficult moment is passing through.
Thank you for this moving survey. The devastation of Maria, Irma and Harvey has been a painful wake up call on many levels but in the end, it is the people who experience the pain of loss and displacement. I hope that the citizens of Dominica can heal and recover as soon as is humanly possible.
Dominicans we will tie our waist and grab unto each other to set this beautiful island back on course. God help us in all things we will not get bitter but better. We are alive and of sound mind, we have taken a licking but we Will keep on ticking
Put your faith in Jesus, and you will rise as a stronger nation. You have the right kind of people, and now they are brought together in a new fashion. This is your opportunity to shine! I will keep on praying for you.
Ireen Benjamin I hope my uncle casecut is OK troy,Vincent, hill,Dominica has to build bigger construction of place to live,do me houses, winds can't trouble that,u get me,u have boyfriend, check me,bye f nw
Hurricane Maria was tough on the people of Dominica. Yesterday marked 4 years since its passing and most people are still traumatized. But guess what! we are a resilient people. Waitikubuli is still standing. 🇩🇲 You'd be amazed by the progress we've made.
We worship thee, we exalt thee, we pray thee, we love thou, we will love thou. Jesus Christ is the conquerer of the graveyard. I am washed, sanctified and sacrificed. I am baptist Christian, turkish citizen, single, at age 46.
I was thinking of becoming citizen of Dominica, after seeing those category 5 storm scenes, I have got some fears as from june to 6 months every year there exist hurricanes over Dominica.
Love Dominica plenty plenty, Please dont let the Chinese or foreign as American Investors Destroy this Naturally Beautiful Island .keep them out at all cost
Such a terrible reality of the extent of damage caused by "Maria". I am saddened by these pictures. The loss of homes, property and businesses must be devastating to the owners and of course the Commonwealth of Dominica. From my own interest, it would've been more informative had you mentioned which districts of Dominica were being covered. Having left Salisbury at a young age, I am not familiar with certain parts of the island being shown. On my last visit In 20011, I enjoyed a short but breathtaking tour en route to the Emerald Pool. Lovely!!!... The road to/from Roseau is all I recognise... These pictures show a litter of what I saw at the time....but She will be BEAUTIFUL again if all resources are pulled in to rebuild with much stronger infrastructure. By the Grace of the Almighty I wish you all well in doing just so. Keep the Faith people, Blessed.
What's the latest news on Dominica? Has much of it been repaired? How are the people doing? I've heard that some of the birds are starting to return, but that much of the forest will take years to grow back.
Wow. Great work here showing this. Great piece for history. You are a daring drone pilot. Im much more conservative. Your moves a great. Take a look at my vid on Dominica before Maria with Mavic
As Turkish passport has lots of cons and caveats among the world countries, I am thinking of 2nd passport ownership. But what is this scenery of category 5 hurricanes in Dominica? Really dangerous. Turkish citizenship is one of the worst thing in this world as EU, USA, Canada, Australia never give citizenship to turkish people with masters or above degrees. Instagram hakanozcanankara Turkish passports must get tourist visas at 150 euros each time for 20 days entry to rich nations and being under coercive questions at customs in Canada, England, EU countries. I have visited 31 rich and very developed countries in the world till now.
Hey, would you be okay with me using a 5 second clip of this in a mission trip recap video that I am working on? I promise you will receive full credit, and a link to this video will be included in the description.
If the world doesn't assist the Caribbean with rebuilding, we cannot expect tourism to be a positive. Folks won't enjoy seeing devastation and suffering in the different cites and ports of call.

Alexandre Hayot No problem, thank you so much!
Fantastic pictures, horrible devastation!
thanks man my positive wishes to DOM, trust in GOD, ignore the bad comments.
you all need roof straps strong rooves, more trees to plant
Dominica is over 75% virgin forest. Therefore, more trees are not needed here. I cannot comment on roof straps though.

What happened here
If the world doesn't assist the Caribbean with rebuilding, we cannot expect tourism to be a positive. Folks won't enjoy seeing devastation and suffering in the different cites and ports of call.
Please edit the title to a day in Dominica after Hurricane Maria because this is a misrepresentation of what Dominica always looked liked
And actually what was the purpose of this video? No message, no help ...
Done! You are right, I might do a new video in the coming days.... Regards
Alexandre Hayot ❤️🥰 that means a lot. Thank you.
Omg I have not seen all this
😥💕💔

Has cannibalism been threat from dominican indigenious tribes to dominican public at large in 2020?
Stupid ignorant comment.
wow OK lol
The music was too distracting.
You are too negative
Judith Anne Thanks for sharing this terrifying presentation of my favourite nature island. James J Wash in Limerick city, Ireland.
this is utterly useless since it doesn't tell us where any of these places are! I can't tell if Pointe Michell is ok or not! and what about Galion?
