    This week's video is a beginner tutorial on one more pose in yoga, acrobatics and gymnastics - a headstand. 💛 The headstand is called in some places a forehead stand, but this name is rarely used. This pose is really easy to learn. I am sure that after watching this tutorial you will have a better understanding of how exactly to practice in order to get your headstand quickly! 🌞
    Headstand has a lot of health benefits:
    🌼 Improves brain work
    🌼 Relieves stress and tension
    🌼 Increases focus
    🌼 Improves blood flow to the eyes
    🌼 Increases blood flow to the head and scalp
    🌼 Stimulates the lymphatic system
    🌼 Improves digestion
    🌼 Strengthens shoulders, neck, arms and core
    🌼 Decreases fluid build-up in the legs, ankles, and feet
    🌼 Helps to flush out the adrenal glands
