And let me tell you it is found in India around 43% of women are in extramarital affairs against 26% of men. So you are not all that innocent as you all are trying to be. But still that doesn't mean a man can slap a woman but it should be the same other way around as well. Unfortunately there is no law for men's protection against women.

@@misbah4887 u cannot expect human to be robot ,women themselves are materialistic nagging some shame their husband for not earning enough ,men are subconsciously design to be a economic producer and care taker right from their birth and women are told to be homemaker and demand from their husband ,in the process both subconsciously learn ugly things like men assume themselves to be on a higher position than women and women sometime start demanding in a ugly materialistic way shame them + also they are taught to self centred their husband towards them keep them away from their family so resources not get distributed,after this amount of idioticity a slap is definitely a wrong thing but not something which can be called a violence and something out of understability
Why is becoming house wife is so wrong? Men also compromise a lot after marriage. Women had value weather they do job or not.. but men definitely don't have any value if he don't do job. And being house wife is not easy job. They hold the family together and craft future generations. Which is difficult than doing job. Stop showing as if being house wife is a cruel thing and have to do all work. I know house wife's having cook, maids and servents and don't do anything...
It's not wrong but no one should be forced to be one. Besides housewife should have their own source of income because if their husband leaves them then what she is going to do? Not saying all man leave but it's always better to have a backup

I think she meant that she decided to be the best housewife and let go of her dreams because of her husband. And he still slapped her. Now she regrets sacrificing for him and realizes that she just should have focused on herself.
