    I resonate with everything your sharing - all of it from trauma through to anxiety that eats you alive, psychosis and triggers. My mental illness and that of my dear late twin brother Paul was all consuming. People have little idea in the main of just what a fully immersive thing trauma is. I applaud you for your clear conveyance there. It's a big one. Suffice to say nature heals me to. All the best. Mark

      Thank you for sharing your experiences, and I’m so sorry for the loss of your twin brother. Nature can bring so much light in the darkness.

      @@seannas-world A pleasure Seanna although we can never express the true depth of it all. I agree nature illuminates and soothes. Peace all day.

    Thanks for sharing, Seanna and well done (in a non-patronising way). I can imagine that many people suffering from PTSD and CPTSD may not be fully aware of it. I found it interesting to hear of your journey and then, the activities and aspects of your life today that help you to cope. All the very best. :-)

      Thanks so much Olly. I agree, a lot of people don’t know they have it. Thanks for watching 😊

    It takes great courage to expose ones wounds as you have. I am happy for you in finding relief from your pain and clarity in your mind. Off subject, in the first of your video's I watched I was struck by your intelligent, tenacious and kind personality all wrapped in an unassuming package (which indicates true confidence to me). I rather hope you are well on your way to 'self actualization', because you surely deserve it darlin.

    Awww thank you for sharing. Exercise and nature are amazing at resetting us. Just a short walk can calm me down if I feel overloaded but cold water swimming as you've seen on IG is my go to.
    Both my brother and one of my sisters have struggled with their mental health and thanks to the NHS, I'm pleased to say they are both still here to see another day. It's important to have a good support network too. Keep smiling xx

      Full Stop Next Chapter Yeah, cold water is so therapeutic. I’m glad your siblings have found the help they’ve needed.

    Thats very brave of you to tell your story. Thanks for sharing. I find cold water immersion and Wim Hoff breath work is amazing. Also make sure you get those nutrients that assimilate from your vegan diet - many people dont realise much food dosnt assimilate all too well as they should. I find omega fish oil really helps - as I had to turn to pescatarians to assist my own mental health .....anxiety and works wonders; its such a massive difference.

      Greg Prouse thanks for your comment. Cold water is amazing, and I’m loving breathwork. I find Wim Hoff’s style a little too intense for me but I like it from time to time.
      I take a vegan alternative to fish oil that has all the omegas and that seems to do my good. I’m glad to hear fish oil has helped you.

      @@seannas-world Tell me about it I do wild swimming in Surrey everyday...and it so so helps. I know what you mean about Wims technique....I felt high after doing that lol. Il have to check out the fish oil alternative you mention; sounds epic. Do you go wild swimming frequently then?

    • @seannas-world
      @seannas-world  Před 3 lety

      Greg Prouse I don’t wild swim that often. I’d like to do it more really. I’ve maybe been a handful of times this year, and loved every one.
