Have you heard of trigeminal nerve dejerine numbness? Or onion skin ? I think this is part of what I am dealing with. It exactly describes the pattern of facial numbness I have developed over the past 2+ years. I am also the one that has multilevel spondylolithesis you had commented on earlier.

Glad my MRI didn’t show these indications for my chronic lumbar pain. Neurologist recommended spine stimulator, sending me to pain mgmt doc who disagreed. Thinks ablation better route. Upgrading my insurance so I can come see you. 7:50

Dr. Chet, With a bone spur pressing into the dural sack (C5/6) is there anything that can be done to eliminate potential spinal cord damage? Neurosurgeon says it’s risky to try and remove the spur.

I wish you were located here in Hawaii. I can't find someone who really knows how to fix my problem. Had xrays and 3 Mri's and although they said all my discs are slightly bulging they said it's almost normal to even find that on your average 20 yr olds. They said they can't see anything bad causing the pain and keep having me do physical therapy. It helps a little but something is seriously wrong. I sneezed a few weeks ago and collapsed. The pain went straight across my lower back and I couldn't walk or move for 3 days. It was like lightning strikes hitting my nerve.

If it’s only one fusion, just get the ACDF, it is definitely the gold standard, just my opinion, ADR is a risk (as any surgery is) but the chance of revision surgery should be minimized.

I really need u to look at my mri. It states myeomalacia bu surgein said it's old but it grew alightky from 2022. I wobble alot. My gait seems off. Pain below the hump in my neck tingles in right hand. Feet tingles but that could be diabetes too. Looks like a screw in nucleus c7 i think.

Had a acdr surgery 5 months ago after my mri showed prominent bulging in c4/c5 disc causing significant spinal cord stenosis with spinal cord compression . There is associated cord oedema/gliosis . There was also a congenital fusion of c5/c6 . Mild bulging at c3/c4 and c6/c7 . At c4/c5 there is disk desiccation and prominent bulging ,this causes spinal canal stenosis and decal SAC compression with complete effacement of csf around the cord
Still have hand numbness weak grip . Balance and gait problems. Close my eyes and I fall backwards within 2 seconds . Also have leg weakness with pains down the legs and feet ,with bowel problems . No sign of getting better . Been told its a long road

Hey there, I do about 15 new patient telemedicines💻🌎 every week. Here is the best path forward:
1- email your insurance card to Spine@TSCspine.com (We don’t take HMOs or Medicaid, but can private pay, unless Medicaid)
2- if we take that insurance THEN upload your images to my portal for our 1st visit.
3- I must have X-rays and MRI, X-rays are critical! “Just” MRI isn’t enough. Need to be from last 12 months. Nothing older is needed, or wanted.
4- You need to get your CD 💿 of your X-ray and MRI (imaging centers will never send them to us)
5- On the top of my website (www.DonnallySpine.com) is the link to UPLOAD images, from YOUR HOME! 🤯🥰 (or at a CVS with Physician LookUp Code k5037438)
6- To recap: email us, get CDs, THEN upload!
      Step by step:
