(What prices do you start at for entry level presses?) I Normally do a 4 plant per cycle, so i dont need a large machine like the IQ as of yet.

Beginner question, what's the point of pressing hash? Wouldn't you want to just do it with dry sift?
Bubble has has much less plant material then dry sift. Cleaner more potent end product.

Now once you’ve pressed the hash could you turn the oil that comes out into dabs? Or is that what it already is? I’m just curious because that just looks similar to some dabs I’ve smoked

This is Bubble Hash, so it has been through a washing process which separates the trichromes from the plant making the material more refined then just a flower extraction

Checking out what you've got.
Get a cast iron pan and put the wax on it, then put your pan on your stove and het it up with a lot on it till it starts steaming/bubbling, from the heat. Get it to where it’s just the wax smoke, and start inhaling the fumes with some sort of tube. Make sure to use the. Pan with a cover to hold in your now Smokey/vaporous kush.

As long as its parchment, but be careful some is not great quality and will bleed through your paper

The end product is an extremely pure and flavorful oil that you vaporize, called hash rosin. It is very strong and concentrated so you only vaporize a small drop, aka a “dab”. It is the highest quality of cannabis concentrates
Can you roll a joint with the leftover weed?
Probably but it's also probably similar to the leftovers from a vaporizer if you have ever tried smoking that. It is smokable but not very potent most of the potency is gone

Can anyone help me I have a question about pressing? I just got a 5 ton press and I'm having a problem where the rosin gets absorbed into my parchment paper and I can't collect it
I would consult with the manufacture you purchased your press from for exact specs. I would start with better quality parchment we use Kirkland -costco brand. Thank you

I know u said problem is fix u got new paper, but I know wax paper will absorb it cause I was really wasted one night and used wax by mistake and was pissed cause it all got absorbed into the wax paper... now I keep th3 parchment paper with the machine lol

Well worth it, I thought I could get by with a 3 inch flat iron... did that for 4 years or so at 1st I did all the cannabis I got then I started to pick and choose... this year I took a gamble and got myself the mini and wow game changer! I was getting decent yields using a flat iron but the amount of work I had to do before I even heat pressed it was crazy... 1st day I got the mini I said best investment I ever made the ease of it alone was worth it to me, but the product it makes wow!

i understand if people press their lowgrade hash and get out a more purer product, but pressing something that looks like 10/10 hash is just such a waste in every way
no waste at all! to each thier own, some prefer rosin over hash.
Well it seperates the part we actually want (oil) from its waxy trichome shell
It's actually quite a significant difference, waxy-ness in the end product makes it much more difficult to handle

Making rosin or hash from smokable product is a waste. I make rso from 6 ounces of trimmings and I get about 20 grams of refined oil. But the thought of taking actual buds and bubble hashing it and smashing it for the resin seems stupid. Turning an ounce of flower into 5 grams of resin that still only sells for 10/g.
The benefit is solventless concentrates, no chemicals. Our machines are making Rosin not resin, yes resin is super cheap!!
@@Nugsmasher Rosin is neat and all, but it's taking good flower and smashing it out. I just prefer to use solvent because it can be used on trim. I wouldn't waste good flower to get a lil tiny bit of rosin.
