Loved my 2018 2.5i Premium and loving my 2021 Sport! This is a cool video but I think it's hilarious the mom looks back every time she makes a driving mistake and the daughter just smiles lol
I love this offshore blue color!
I just recently purchased the 2024 Subaru cross track base and I love it
this video is so awesome and helpful
I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport. Took me a few weeks to get used to the technology, but now I can't imagine not having it! 🥰
I love eyesight, Subaru is a very safe and good car🇨🇳
The system doesn’t understand turns. It treats them as a series of small straight lines, thus making you look like a drunk driver.
I beg to differ.
If it only worked as good as touted...
I'm really uncomfortable with precollision, won't need it if you know how to drive.
You just can't expect everyone to drive flawlessly like you ; - ) @@Linked_Ahead
@@Linked_Ahead let me guess.... you've never had an accident nor a near hit..
How it compares to radar tech?
Subaru eyesight is not good because it’s only camera. So its not effective at night, snow, and heavy rain. Compared to sonar radar and it can detect anything
@@ChrisChiba a comparison would be good I'm pretty sure radar must have its cons
Subaru needs to get rid of all the plastic on the cars… make it an optional “Adventure” package. Not to mention Eyesight… make it an “Extra Safety” package and bring back the E-Brake Handle.
Elbet bir gün.
Problem is, we want better reliability than offered with your CVT transmissions. Also, hope you fixed the head gasket failures your old 2.5 na engines had like the one in my front yard. I'd love to have a crosstrek with a reliable transmission but u just had to screw that up with your cvt I've seen multiple reports reported of low low mile failures. Give people more options instead of less lol. You seriously canceling the manual gearbox option? What you should be doing is concentrating less on eyesight and more on reliability. Who needs a car to watch for you if it can't even get you where you're going reliably? Fix your companies primary agenda please cause I'd really like to own a reliable one. Thanks
So I've owned a couple Subarus with EyeSight and several without.
EyeSight is trash. It auto breaks on my driveway. It auto breaks when curbs on curves are 90deg and not 45ish deg. It beeps every 5 sec when I wear sunglasses.
I travel for a living and drive rental cars all the time. I've owned several Subarus over the years. I always bought STi for myself and Outbacks for my wife. Now that STi is dead and EyeSight is on all Subarus, I'll never buy another Subaru ever again. I can't imagine EyeSight on a track in a BRZ. That'd be at least 3 totaled cars.
PS, the constant beeps are more distracting than being punched in the face.
You are stating truth. I work for toyota. Great cars Subaru but their eyesight is not hood compared to toyota millimeter wave radar sensor.

Before you all sing Kumbaya... This is actually from a real Subaru owner: I made it a whole 300 miles in my brand new Crosstrek 2024 sport (yeah the fancy one with yellow stripe and all) before It forced a full stop on me while driving!! Do I need to repeat that vehicle was in 'D' mode when the computer decided its time to full stop??!. Subaru towed it away 2 weeks ago. If I had been on the freeway, not in turtle mode, it could have killed me! Not sure if I even want it back.
Subaru....I'm afraid of my Subaru!!
I am loving the eyesight on my gr86
Why use an API when that is typically the stereotype of a bad driver
But they make the car
These are only for the stupid the ignorant and careless driver. And when your too old and shouldnt be driving..
Why did they have to put in an Asian driver? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
This tech is all fun and all, however, at the current asking price, these cars have some of the worst interiors I've ever seen. Hard plastics, black plastic door handles, so much gray on the interiors, horrible seat fabric, barely any padding on driver's elbow rest. They even removed that black pad / liner (sound dampener) from inside the hood. Terribly looking and feeling all around. My 2016 Crosstrek Premium has a much better and nicer interior in comparison. Yet these cars cost almost 10K more than what I paid for my car brand new. Unacceptable.
@Gimmethebutter Uh... I'm comparing current interior to my own Crosstrek interior in case you can't read. Go eat some butter.
@Gimmethebutter for the current asking price, and a clear downgrade of the interiors, compared to previous Crosstrek generations it's a big deal. Only fools who disregard their money would pay more for less. Plain and simple.
did you also find out the reason why everything is so expensive is because of inflation? or did you wanna complain about things you got that you paid for
@@blazryn54 you don't even make sense... 12K more for the same trim in 6 years, and inferior build / finish quality? No, thank you. That's not inflation, it's a blatant ripoff. Consumers need to wake up.
you need to wake up because clearly things were different 6 years ago.......... technology, quality, features, and materials used are better than what it was 6 years ago...... you sound extremely ignorant right now and just wanna complain only because you think everything is the same 6 years ago@@agoogleuser2369
