GWENT: The Witcher Card Game is coming out of beta on October 23rd, following the launch of the Homecoming update. The launch of the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of the game will follow December 4th.

I’m the only one who enjoy more the simplicity of the Witcher’s 3 card game?
Me too. I simply loved to fast but tactical games of the Witcher 3. But I could not get any joy from the gwent game.
@@cantipi4337 when gwent was released on xbox, i tried and didn't like it at all because there was too many mechanics, couldn't understand how synergise, create a strategy, building a deck, understand how it's works, the gameplay etc so i quited the game pretty quickly.
But scince the release on phone (android's player here) i gave another try and actually loved it. Took me time to understand and tbh it's still a work in progress but i really enjoyin play ! Even if the ranking ladder is stressful ! Hopefully, there's a no-rank category ahah
Perhaps you should give him another try ? My first advice will the classic one : focus on one faction, figure out on she works and then go on a next one etc !
Anyway, i also understand your opinion that's i shared back in time ! It's a totally different game than tw3's gwent.

Don't get me wrong I'm looking forward to get the game and give CDPR the money they clearly deserve but I'm also sad the beta is over. Can't wait until it comes out on PS4

I have plus 1000 hours playing the open beat, survived the Midwinter update and the army of GS and Alchamy players, I think i will be fine.

Wow... I remember times when Gwent looked like board game in Novigrad tavern. It came a long way since open Beta. Great job CD Project RED.

I love how each card is animated and actually "living" instead of an moveless picture... I love how this Team works, you can see the passion and love they put into their work. Awsome! Take my last money and let me be your bitch!

this game is great. CDPR you are freakin awesome. I wasnt into gwent while I played W3 the wild hunt, I played some innkeeps now I am hooked and can't stop.
the standalone gwent is truly something. the ingame W3 gwent is very good and is much simpler that the standalone gwent I love both
So many people saying that they don't understand the rules after watching this video. It's really simple, and the narrator explained it perfectly well.

I wish they'd have a version of Gwent that is just like in the actual game; I love that one whereas this one doesn't make any sense to me!

It'll definitely be a miss for the old Gwent, but I'm excited to fully try out the new one with the card limit (no ptr access to all) and to see how the balance is

I have never played card games because I could not understand the gameplay. After all someone realised to put explanation of the gameplay into trailer.

I spent a lot of money on powder for premium cards in Beta days - I hope I can re-use all that previously bought powder in the new Gwent.
I've started the game today after more than 6 months and i dont know this game anymore. Everything has changed. Maybe its not bad but i am really sad ive lost all my cards and all my knowledge about it. Its like to learn walking again... i hope i can keep my joy for this game...

@@damiandohshinobi8127 Its a free to play game, people need to understand once a game is free to play online there will be micro transactions .
@@CreamOfEcstast. i cant argue with the microtransactions, (which are a bit expensive), but the fact is that the game, is not very well balanced.
I started as a Viking Deck and continued 1 month with it until I got lvl 16, then I realised that every other deck could beat me in 2 rounds.
@@damiandohshinobi8127 Ok that I can understand, then you need to voice your displeasure with the developers about the game not being balance, so they can fix it, am sure there may be other that agree that the balance of the game needs to be fixed

I wish it was just animated cards. I liked hearing the sounds etc but most cards I had on the beta were the standard static ones

the devs already confirming that there isn't any minigames as complex as Gwent in Cyberpunk 2077, even though there will be a card game, but i'm afraid it'll just going to be a basic card minigame, they actually really focusing on a multiplayer shooter game that'll be released next year

I loved gwent in witcher 3, so I was thinking about getting into this. Is it like Hearthstone Pay 2 Win? Open card packs and that stuff?
No pay to win, there are card kegs but you can buy them for in-game currency also you can craft specific cards. You can get full collection without spending real money.
Yeah, the most generous ccg I have played, you don't need to spend money, at all. HS seems like robbery compared to this. Thing is, I already have spent more money on this during beta, than I did in HS during years, not because I felt I needed to, but because I wanted to support them for good f2p-model.
You really should add this game for an iOS/Android devices and Steam platform :) Thank you.
