I've been debating getting one, i dont have the space for a full size grill top but did see this at Sam's. Great review! What kind of oil did you use to season it?
I will say thank you so much for the comment. I think I use like canola oil or vegetable oil to season it and then usually whenever I’m finished cooking and I’ll clean I just rub a little extra olive oil on it. I will yell ya, my wife and I have a full-blown Blackstone and we use this more because it’s easier and more convenient. when you’re actually cooking, you can’t tell the difference other than the size.
