Bishop T.D. Jakes and Serita Jakes have five children. Their kids are Sarah Roberts, Cora Coleman, Jermaine, Thomas Jr., and Jamar. The pair celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary in 2022.
Serita suffered foot injuries in a vehicle crash early in their marriage, but the couple has stayed strong and supportive. Serita's herniated disc required surgery, but her family helped her recover.

I’ve always loved them , no matter what we may think or some saying experience, we must still remember everyone makes mistakes and we're not perfect. The only one he has to ask as anyone else is GOD. The family is strong. Thank the Lord for sending such a great messenger.
