30 days of 2020 recap

When I reflect on this year's 30 day challenge, I have to extend a lot of patience to myself. In the past, I have done this better, but I still have to be happy, because I did it. 30 days done is always better than zero days done. If you joined in for even a few days, THANK YOU. You did more days for yourselves than if you hadn’t tried at all. It took me 40 days to do this 30. I also moved from Montreal to Toronto, which means I am reestablishing all my patterns and behaviours, so yah. A little ambitious to try 30/30 this year.
This time, I tried something different - emotional and atmospheric prompts. What I learned is that this work is much more vulnerable, difficult to make public, deeper and, more difficult to do over all. The ultimate juggle - the focus on our whole body, our emotional and the technique at the same time.
Past 30 day challenges bring ego boosts because you are sometimes about to break your own barriers and nail hard tricks. This challenge didn’t provide that reward, this challenge was about opening up my heart and showing it to you.

This year was a complete experiment. I think the results paid off. I think this is more interesting to a general crowd than the juggling can be.
