12:30 with the build as-is, I think I would replace primed target cracker for a faction multiplier With max stacks, primed target cracker is increasing your damage by "only" 110%, only half of the time, whereas with a bane mod, you have a 155% increase with double dip in status procs, making good use of the 144% status chance and massive heat weight
This is my SP Circuit Fun Gun! Ranger's Reload and start stacking other shooting decrees on top. Ranger's Reload also skips being an actual reload, so no worries burning two thirds of a magazine on Thrax.
Dedicated Ocucor user here. Little note to have...in higher SP *with the current Meta*, against armored enemies in specific you will tend to get more value out of corrosive rather than Viral because it does more damage against armor and also does a high amount of stripping to buff your damage. While Viral is good, 350% of a low number is still going to be a low number, versus the damage buffing that removing 95% of your enemies armor with Corrosive + Heat will give you. Obviously if you can armor strip in other ways, this doesnt matter, but if you can't this will take you deeper than Viral + Heat could. However, with the armor changes coming in Jade Shadows, the 50% armor strip from Heat will be *way* more valuable than it is now and Heat + Viral will probably become stronger overall against high level armored enemies. Until then, I would suggest Corrosive since with the current armor system, a 50% strip really does f*** all against high armored enemies.
