45 Minute Unilateral Calisthenics Full Body Workout - Bodyweight | Caroline Girvan

- Calisthenics workout challenging your strength, endurance, balance and co-ordination through unilateral exercises!
We begin on the mat for some abs and core specific then onto a full variety of upper, lower & full body movements performing each exercise each side!
For this calisthenics workout, you will need a chair for Bulgarian lunges, a wall for wall sits, a yoga block/thick book and your mat!
The timer will be on for 50 seconds per exercise, with 10 seconds rest on between!

Hi Devansh! I absolutely agree!!!! Bodyweight can be as difficult as weight training and you don't have the option of lightening the amount of weight, lol! The last calisthenics workout we did with Caroline, I was more sore than the workouts with weights. I know you'll enjoy this one and I'll be following suit in the morning!

I am a 55 year old granny, I have been struggling with a lot of joint pain and I was looking for something that I could do without hurting my self. SO GLAD I FOUND YOUR WORKOUTS!. I started doing your workouts about a month ago and I have to say I feel so much stronger and my joint pain is practically non existent. So now you're 56. I'm 69 and did a few minutes of this but with some modifications, like one motion instead of the two for each exercise. But you're right - exercise is a big key to a pain free life.

Wow..these are definitely advanced moves. I tried my best though. I didn't have the block so I just did the moves on the floor like normal. I've never drenched my entire shirt like I did with this workout. I always want to quit about half way but I end up pushing myself to finsih. Thanks for the motivation 💪💯

I love your Abs exercises, so of course I enjoyed the first part very much. using the Yoga Bloc intensifies the exercises of course.

For the second shot, made me lazy for the second day
This was an amazing workout. Bodyweight workouts are no joke. My entire body felts this in so many ways. I can tell that my core is getting stronger which I am happy with. Thank You Caroline for being an amazing trainer.

This was amazing Caroline. I didn’t realize how much stronger I’ve become! Every workout I complete, I’ve noticed that I hit the pause button less and less...with the exception of HIIT as I really want to give it my 110%.
My favorite part of the workout were the Bulgarian lunges and push ups! Thanks again and I hope you’re feeling better!

Smashed it... at the beginning had concern if I could go through it as my body still felt the impact from day 1 and day 2 and not in full capacity... did it slow with control on purpose... did not take break with most moves... quite confidently did the variations of staggered push-ups... the most challenging one is the Hoover with side plank... a real test on core steadiness... thank you Caroline...I learned so much from you and don’t know how to show my appreciation... ☺️☺️

As expected had So Much Fun with today's workout. Bulgarians and Holds 🔥🔥🔥. Loved the Single Leg Dog to Kick Thru. Happy I was able to do proper Push-ups with the different variations. Finished this dripping in sweat 💦. Great workout! 🤩

Used this workout as active resting workout, it was really not easy, but I made me feel good, not having that guilt of doing no workout. Thanks Caroline. Huge fan from london
Beautiful challenge to slow it down. Using full range of motion and really feeling the muscles working . I found the plank to 90-degree toe tap the staggered pushup and the elevated staggered squat to Lunge to be the most difficult exercises

Really enjoyed this routine and the break from weights. Calisthenic workouts are a great test of strength,agility and control. Of course Caroline's scores are off the charts!!😁
