Hello Mogwai! Just wanted to say that I've watched since you had around 4000 subscribers (since you still had the murkrow profile pic lol). I've watched most of your content since then; pokemon, shadowverse, gwent, magic and now runeterra (didn't really get into duelyst). Wanted to say that I really appreciate you, and that you've been with me since before high school and now to the end of college. In defense of autopass-turned-off-players, sometimes if a player clearly has an autopass, he can telegraph having a 0 or 1 mana spell in hand when he doesn't automatically pass, and that can change entire games sometimes
Which is why he mostly specified tournament play or high high ladder play.
I like to spam the end turn button when I don't have early plays to bluff that I have autopass on, which means if I take my time when I have just 1 or 2 mana later in the game, if my bluff has been successful, my opponent will sometimes play around cheap cards that I don't actually have in hand 😁

Just one thing, you had lethal turn prior if you attacked, just letting 2 damage go trough would mean double warning shot was lethal

I think the other player had a pokey stick. If he attacks with both, Gnar just needs to block into the 2|2 and pokey stick jagged butcher. Leaves him without any blockers next turn :')

We realized how lackluster he was comparwd to everything else in the meta.I wish he was good too but alas...
You have udyr who is 4/4 for 5 costs generates a 3 mana slow speed spell that gives ok ish buffs
Meanwhile gnar for simply striking with a 4/3 quick attack 4 mana unit you get a ping And a draw in one card and said card transforms into 6/5 quick attack overwhelm granting the strongest enemy vulnerable effectively removing it from the board for simply pinging nexus and you repeat said effect

I'm kinda new to the game and in 70% of ranked games I face some aggro variant (mostly gnar). Could you make a video of a deck which makes aggro players cry? Love your content and am grateful for the daily uploads

Deck ideas: i would love to see Udyr plunder, i know you just did plunder and probably won't comeback to it for a bit but i started playing plunder before the expansion and its so fun :D and Udyr is my favorite champion from LoL so the 2 of them combined would be awsome.
PS: I've been using your Udyr scargrounds deck, loved the deck and learned something new... I'm way worse at the game than i thought xD

I was just googling new sej decks yesterday and there is NOTHING! This timing is perfect
I’m curious to know whether a Jayce and Udyr deck would work, they seem to have a lot of synergy around the stances. You can give Jayce regen for challenger and overwhelm for quick attack so seems very flexible.
Its a slow midrange control deck but it works, specially with Shaman's Call to generate 4 stances and Winter's Breathe to wipe out late game boards or formation decks with Jayce on board.
I just find Udyr a bit too slow for value on an already slow control deck with no ways to counter minimorphs so I usually just go Braum, Jayce and splash in 1 Udyr.
I have been thinking is there a new viable sejuani deck? And yeah... Godwai truly delivered with this one😁😁👍👍👍

If you're looking for ideas. Shield of Durand can make Garen a 5|10 with regen if you have 3 banked spell mana on turn 5.
Hey there! I've been doing some cool stuff with Jayce+Shaman's Call (with a 1 of Iceborn for Forge Workers, which is actually nuts) and it's actually a ton of fun as a Jayce midrange kind of deck. Obviously I could probably just toss Gnar in but where's the fun in that? Getting 4 Shaman Calls is actually kind of nuts and alongside Shock Blast the deck has a surprising amount of reach. Love to see your take on Jayce+ either Shaman's Call or Iceborn since they're burst speed. I have a couple FTR at top end, too. I have a few things I wanna tweak with it but that's why I wanna see what you do!

i love gangplank as a champion and my favorite deck back in the day was keg control, sucks that he's mostly seen as an aggro deck finisher aside from plunder

31:58 Hey Mogwai, you should have activated plunder the previous round, so your unit would have 5 HP and you could have survived the round. Maybe even draw Sejuani. That was a high risk high reward play waiting on the dreadway. But overall great video, great deck!
Or attack, and if 1 unit hits the nexus, then you can end with double warning shot

@@ibraimmyrzahanoff2134 Attacking is too risky. Opponent runs Troll Chant, so no guarantee an unit would hit nexus. Worst case, he would lose all blockers and deal no damage. Insta lose.
@@Isatheduck Yeah, I know. But if Mogwai played more defensively, he could have won on his next attack turn. You can't rely on an opponent's action to give you an opportunity for lethal.

Mogwai stop everything NOW! There's a transposition Corina deck that runs 34 spells, 3 plaza guardians and 3 Corina Veraza with 3 transposition. You play Plaza Guardian and recall it and then play a Corina wayyy earlier.
It's actually way more consistent than you'd think.
You can also run archivist if you want

As a Xerath main, I find quite interesting monoshurima, trying to make it somewhat playable 50k mastery points and more than 15 deck iterations later I'm still on copium someday this deck will be good. (With enough buffs and in case of xerath more landmark support).
