Down the road, if ever you'se find, that those lower cabinets make the room feel heavy, on that one side... try replacing the fronts with plexiglass. Just remember _than,_ you gotta keep it clean forever, that can suck. They look wonderful! You guys are gonna really feel cozy & warm, at home this winter. 🤗💕💕

@@diyhuntress Hey, if we should always help each other out & share new ideas. But, let's also _include_ anything that's possibly negative. Then, _maybe_ we could save a ton of money, use our pieces more versatilely _while_ NOT filling up the landfills a whole bunch more.

What type of nail gun are you using?
I’m a beginner..you said you hit “at least” one stud for the brackets when you were installing them. If you didn’t hit a stud, that means you were only drilling them into drywall? Wouldn’t that make one side of the shelf unable to bear the same load as the other side?
Hi! So, technically the shelves are attached to more than one stud because I also secured it to the 2x4 frame of the fireplace (I did this because one of the shelving brackets is attached to a stud and the other is attached to the drywall with toggle anchors that support up to 100 lbs). Hope this makes sense!
