    I loved it. We (mom & I) use the juice from the pineapples if available, and frozen concentrated orange juice to make the glaze with all your other ingredients. We also use the water the ham was boiled in to make peas & rice. Although Ive never had it friends of mine say they boil the ham with pineapple juice to make it taste sweeter, to me thats the glazes job.

    Does it matter what kind of Jam? It looked like maybe a citrus or peach?

      colleenb777 Guava, mango or strawberry jam is listed on the website. It also says you can use orange marmalade if you want a tangy sauce.
