I have learned that if you put the strands through a plastic bead it helps to hold them together. 😊 Very pretty! Thank you!!!
You are a life saver. I've been trying to figure out a great way to crochet a shawl for my nurse practitioner and this is THE best shawl for it. Thank you and God Bless you and your family, always.
I'm using Red Heart in the color of Aran Fleck.
I purchased two It's A Wrap balls of yarn some months ago because I wanted to combine them like you did here. I tried different stitch patterns (knit and crochet) and couldn't make it work. This tutorial I can follow and the start of my wrap is looking beautiful already! Thank you so much for sharing.
This is so pretty and I love the neutral colors. Thanks for the tutorial! 💜😊
I ❤ this shawl and the colors! As soon as I finish my rectangle granny square blanket I am making for a Christmas gift, I hope to make this project. Thanks again for the lesson!
This is beautiful Jennifer, I love this color.
I love this pattern and that yarn so much, I just ordered the Foggy yarn and as soon as it arrives I am SO making this! Thank you, Jennifer! You are totally my crochet sensei!
Love the colors in that gradient. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for this great shawl tutorial. I got some really great yarn for Christmas and was looking for the perfect project that would show the yarn off properly. I can’t wait until it’s done! I’m really excited! 🧶🧶🧶
Thank you! The perfect pattern to do while traveling in trains, planes and cars. 💟
Just started this shawl. It is working up so fast. Your instructions are spot on and easy to follow. Looking forward to more of your tutorials. Thanks for all that you do.
It's the gradient of sand, White for the dry, and as the sand becomes wetter closer to the ocean it darkens, then when the water is 1 or 2 inches deep its darker, then the blue-tan is deeper in the surf and the blue for the ocean past the breakers.
This shawl pattern is a really nice granny rows versus a center increase. I love how that works. Keeping it simple. Thanks.
Love the simplicity and the colours!!!
Thank you for this wonderful shawl idea! I started mine today in the blue color way! I just love it already! Yippee warm bus ride starting Tuesday!
Such a wonderful shawl! I am sure going to try to make one!! Thanks for at great tutorial!
This shawl turned out beautifully! I’m working on a second one right now using rainbow couture colors. It’s so soft and drapey!

Beautiful shawl. Definitely will be making this one. Thank you for this tutorial!
Waiting on my delivery of ICE yarn equivalent to get this beauty started! Thank you, Jennifer! ♥️💐
I have become your biggest fan! You explain so well, go slowly, and repeat. I’m a beginner crocheted and I am making beautiful things. Made this shawl for my sisters birthday and she wears it all the time and gets many compliments from people. I have made other shawl patterns and this is by far my favorite!
I’m busy making this shawl in all kinds of color ways. I crochet mostly for charities. Such a fun piece!
beautiful sandy summer shawl! next on my to-do-list

I had so much fun doing this! Simple pattern....oh but the secret is definitely two strands and the 6mm hook. Loved it so much… That I bought the same yarn in the color way Sea-glass. Making the same shawl! Thanks again!!
Thank you so much ,
,I love your easy to understand instructions for making this beautiful shawl . 👏👏
I’m a beginner crocheter ,& practising on some yarn I bought from the thrift shop before I use the good stuff. 🙂

That yarn is beautiful. Thankyou. Xx
Great tutorial and lovely colors. I can’t wait to try this.
Thanks so much for posting this wonderful sand dunes wrap tutorial! I grabbed a cake and a size 6mm hook (yes, I'm daring, right! lol). I started working right along and was so impressed at how straight forward this was. I had a Lion Brand MANDALA Baby yarn in the Magic Moon colours. Its a light #3 and recommends using a size 5mm hook. Looking forward to working on this and see how it turns out! Thank you Fiber Flux :)
Wow, it's really a lovely wrap and the neutral colours make it easy to pair with multiple outfits! 😊🇨🇦
Cute with jeans
Wow great video! Love the way it turned out. I’m new to crochet 🧶 but your video explained it so well, I’m definitely going to try this .Thank you

Thank you for sharing , I hadn’t crocheted or knitted in years, and just started back again ....I tried other shawl pattern , ending with only frustration. Your tutorial was so easy to understand 🙂 ( new sub ) 🙂 I’m half finished this one after only a couple of hours. I’m using Caron cakes, only because I had it on hand.....I’m heading out today to buy the yarn you used it looks from the video to be much softer.
This was so fun and easy. Love it!
I love the neutral colors. That’s beautiful and a good way to use yarn cake. It’s a wrap is really hard to find in my area but I can substitute. Lovely pattern ❤️❤️
Yes! I used a J hook, so you would be able to find lots of yarn with that recommended hook size! :)
