It would be really helpful to beginners, such as myself, if you would include a full picture of what the finished product looks like, and then a close up of what the finished stitches look like. I am guessing that it makes a rectangle, but can’t really tell from the picture of a person wrapped up in it, and it is a bit overwhelming to try to figure out. I also can’t figure out where the details about the sizes are after following the link.
I am a beginner, I have only ever made very basic shawls of a simple repeated triple crochet over and over and over again and back when I was a young woman I made a granny square shawl for my three year old daughter as the only project I had ever managed to finish! I cannot read a pattern and hat is how I landed here on your page, I am trying to learn how to make a new shawl that I can play around with and maybe start learning how to read a pattern. So I really am a rank beginner and it is easy to get confused and overwhelmed. I hope you will consider this as some constructive feedback to help folks like me. Thanks!

This is my favorite pattern for a pocket shawl. It works up quickly, and it's an excellent pattern for textured yarn because of the easy stitches. I added pockets and fringe, so I think I chained less than what is shown for the pattern, and I'm pretty sure I used a larger hook. Thank you, Mikey, for making the video and showing us how to turn the rows.

I would think that is protected by trademark licence. Anything on TV or comics or anything is protected. If I touch it or design something like this, I can be in legal trouble. It's probably why you cannot find much with it. Some people are taking risks while others are respecting the trademark.

I’m really having trouble at the end of each row. I keep getting confused as to what row I’m in, how to start it, and finish it. I’m also losing stitches along the way so my rows are getting shorter. I’ve frogged it about 5 or 6 times already!
I’m not new to crochet but I don’t understand what is happening!
    Tips please? Thank you!

Hi I was wondering how much yarn is needed for this wrap? I am going to crochet this wrap with my sweet roll cakes, each has 245 yrs, with the six cakes that I have, there is 1,225 yrs. I was wondering if that will be enough to complete this wrap? I have check the pattern and it just tells me how many things of the yarn I need to buy, that was used for this wrap. It doesn't tell me how many yrs I need. I hope my question makes sense :)
