“Sand paper!?!?!”… I can feel the comments without even looking at em.. lol. Good video man! 👌I also hate those cap nuts. Another thing, I like 14ft-lbs when going into aluminum. And always put bolts back in the same hole they came out of. . All threads will stretch differently. 👍✌️
Thanks for info bud! Going to try those spring washers soon.
Hell yeah I agree bro. Good information. Great video. Keep up the good work. And have a good merry Christmas. 🎁🎄
Thanks, you too!
As always a good video with good information I hope you have a wonderful Christmas Eugene If you celebrate Christmas anyway I hope the new year is great for you.
Thanks, you too!
like your video . and useing the hex nut. merry christmas to you and your family
I like the idea of putting the hex nuts on instead, plus it gives me something to do until spring. Happy holidays…cheers! 🍻
Happy holidays! and stay warm
Great info thanks 👍
A pleasure
Hey man got a new motor started well , idles good . No power. Should I check the Head? Carb is good . Don't think it's cdi.
Hi I just got the bike yesterday and I put it together and I’m using the 40 to 1 premix end it is really cold outside maybe about 22° I have spark and compression but it still won’t start is the fuel the issue or is the engine freezing
repaired my leaky head gasket but striped threads in casting on cylinder studs when tightening to 10ft/lb, had to re drill and install helli coil in casting
If you set your wrench as he demonstrated, you over tightened it!
Thank you for every bit of advice you've given. I still need to know what all carburetors I can use with a 4-stroke 196cc Coleman engine for a build ?
I'm not the guy to give good advice on that build. I have not built a 196 or 212 before. There are some 4 stroke big bore groups on Facebook that might help
@@HughesMotorized Thanks a lot
Try a mikuni 22mm carb. Unless you’ve really built the engine up that’s as big as you need.
@@mikesbarn1858 I had mistakenly purchased a Mikuni CX25 thinking it was the VM22. I'll be looking for a genuine one soon
I sanded my head & jug flat/smooth & used a very light thin, coating of non hardening black tar like gasket sealer on each side of the head gasket....Iv'e been able to reuse the head gasket several times without issue.
I use m10 x 1.75 couplers for nuts. Also knowing the quality that goes into these castings I deck the head and jug lightly to make sure I have a flat mating surface. I love the idea of the belville? washers. I have to get some.
Coupler nuts? GREAT idea! Thanks. I shall switch to those

How long do the magnetoes last before they lose power and die out?
I have been on the motorized bicycle kick since 2017.
The coil/loops go out often. Check w/ an ohmmeter
Some people reuse them too and yes sometimes you can but come on guys you can buy several of them for a couple dollars so to be safe just use a new one
Hahaha you make me laugh all times
Hey in one of your videos you said that you would sell a set of those belveil washers and and 4 of those nuts that fit I would like to buy a set of 4 of those washers and 4 of those nuts will you please help me out sir please and thank you

Your setting your torque wrench wrong!!! The drop line is where you read from, not the line level with the number!
