    The rent part is something I’ve always been scared of . It’s the idea of being evicted and not being able to pay it is really what has kept me in the house but seeing this it all makes since second job means extra income,saving each paycheck before the rent is due even if that means missing out on some things will helpful feel like I should know that at almost 21.

    Me and my best friend aren’t even 18 and we did all the math and thinking
    You can move out at 18, that’s when you finish school.
    We found an apartment we both liked.
    We’re gonna get jobs, move out at 19 or 20.
    So we both have like 50k because minimum wage where we e live is 25k a year
    We would buy rent for 2 years and we would each have 20k leftover.
    We use that to buy stuff like furniture and plates, bowls, all that stuff.
    And if we have any extra money then we will buy technology like a computer or somethin

    1. Make separate account for rent
    2. Know how much you earn in a month and make a budget accordingly
    3. Write the minimum amount for your payday by weekly basis (exclude extra shifts)
    4. Decide what % of ur paychequegoes into rent (like 75% of it or even all of it from one cheque if you have 2/+ jobs)

    • @b1njjj95
      @b1njjj95 Před 3 lety +3

      Yeah, I don't get it. A lot of people struggle to find a job in their field because the big paying jobs require you to have 5+ experience that you can't possibly get if you're a recent grad. So people are forced to work lower paying jobs just to have a source of income, but a lot of jobs pay minimum wage and give inconsistent hours. Why can't these rental companies understand that?!
