I'm in my last month of my invisalign treatment. I did 16 months. The hardest part was when I had to wear the rubber bands, and yes, I definitely wanted to be done fast. But the process and patience were worth it.😁
This is exactly what i felt when i first started the treatment and start to second guessing myself. But now, i realised that I hv great discipline on my dental hygiene. Slowly but surely... Good luck doctor! ❤❤❤
I've been in refinements for a while now because I have a posterior open bite and my dentist was amazing to listen to my concerns. So now, my top aligner is just a retainer while my bottom molars get corrected.

I just finished 26 trays that I changed every two weeks and it does end.

Congratulations. Posterior open bite is bad and sometimes it feels like my dentist does not care, like me, but it really impacts my life.

4th tray now. how to tell if it has moved? i cant see it from the mirror.
I began this journey in January and am on number 18. I have to admit, I do not like this one bit.
