  • Volkwagen Touareg review 7P second generation 2010-2018 Buyers guide for 3.0TDI, 3.0 V6 TSI V6 Hybrid, 4.2 TDI V8, 4.2 V8 FSI. Avoid buying a cheap broken VW Touareg SUV and find the Touareg problems and reliability issues before you buy. The second-generation Touareg can be a reliable choice of car if you know what problems to look for and which engine to buy. Although the 3.0TDI was one of the engines recalled due to the diesel emissions scandal (dieselgate) it can still be a good reliable used car buy. Avoid the mistakes of buying the cheapest broken VW Touareg as a project and attempting to fix the 3.0TDI due to its biggest problems of DPF clogging and carbon build-up with our review. This buyer's guide covers the 7P second-generation Volkswagen Touareg to help you buy one for the right price. The Touareg review covers model years from 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and the 2018 production years.
If you are deciding between the Touareg or are an owner looking for a guide, but considering other vehicles, like the Range Rover and BMW X5 then why not check out this video and others from our channel. The hybrid screams "DON'T BUY" louder than almost any engine I've seen.😂

Own a 2016 and it’s a brilliant vehicle - you can fit 3 baby seats in the back also

Nice work. What is the part number for the intake gasket kit? (2011 Touareg TDI).

You are talking about all the same and singular issues for all diesels and straight gasoline injection engines no matter about the car brand. For me getting water inside the car is the most concerned issue that all the things you have listed

  • @imnotusingmyrealname4566

2:45 Pretty incredible that a petrol engine can get this dirty. I thought only diesel had so much soot.

I owned a 2012 TDI . I loved it but it came without a Back up camera because of an earthquake in Japan that cut supply , no camera was not helpful for my wife parking . The new 2024 Touareg is not available in North America which is quite annoying as the European reviews I read are very positive , I checked out the Atlas but it’s not the same and Diesel is an absolute no no in Canada so I feel I never should have sold the 2012 .

  • @imnotusingmyrealname4566

Any plans to make a video on the first generation Touareg?

Laziest “buyers guide” video I’ve ever seen. Most of the info is for the v6 tdi for tight ass buyers and all of the rest are explained in 2 minutes.
