This is a guide and montage of our trip into Waipi'o Valley on the Big Island of Hawaii. Please make sure you're an experienced 4x4 before attempting to drive down into the valley. The decline is a 25 percent grade and can get sketchy real fast. Most people walk it, but we drove a Jeep into the valley. This place reminds me of a scene out of Jurassic Park the movie. Really cool a beautiful place I highly suggest checking it out.
