But he loves giving a parting "slap" to his former fighters.
Also he said "we're releasing Francis..." Once again spinning the truth, implying THEY made the choice to let him go. They didn't release him. He had a sunset clause in his agreement, meaning it expired on a given date, and was free without any say from the UFC.

Unfortunately those texts really showed how much he wanted. Guy wants 30 million for a boxing event now. No wonder this happened

Dang. I’m sure he’ll box some dudes up, or head to another promotion to get properly paid. Then come back home and for shits and giggles when he don’t need the money 👊🏽

no lol he won't get pay he wants if he doesn't fight champion contender hvwt famous name hvwt boxers so he needs to take Tyson fury's offer and get beaten and collect and perhaps take another boxers call-out which hvwt boxers are going call out Francis when he loses to Tyson fury as pretty sure Joshua or Wilder would fight Francis and do same as Tyson and boxing won't be interested in Francis and give him the boot but the guy will be rich and wont need to fight in mma and retire.

I said Ngannou would fight Fury for a lot more money than the UFC would pay him and it became a reality. Good for Francis. He really proved Dana wrong
