기본적으로 족발에 윤기 보소. 그리고 기름이 물처럼 투명하네요. 이건 맛이 없을 수가 없네요 😍

Well I must say this is the first time I've seen pig trotters being prepared and cooked and eaten!! And although I don't eat alot of pork in my diet!! This does look like a delicate dish!!😋🇺🇸😋
It doesn't taste like pork. The spices are so wonderful infused with the long term cooking, and it once of a lifetime symphony in your mouth. Good eating.

Jocelyn Richmond in south we call them ham hocks they r good by them self or in Lima beans or greens
They are also good in Butter beans

@@pakkagewa4591 I cook and deep fried a lot of food. That white shaving must be some kind of flour/ cornstarch of some short. In the South of the US, we use also use corn meal for a crisp of the skin.
The only way to find is to test combinations until the pork skin is crispy. Or someone that speaks Korean call the place up and ask for the recipe.

This is amazing,I’m from German decent and my husband processes a lot of pork and we smoke the hocks or cook them till the meat falls of the bone and use them in a perogge which is a meat filled dumpling that is deep fat fried and served with a delicious sweet white sauce ,,,,,either way the meat is delicious......what do you do with the heads?

I tried the braised pork trotter/Jokbal with garlic sauce at a famous restaurant in Seoul Korea in Dec 2018. Very delicious. Missed all the yummy food there. Must try this fried braised pork trotters if ever I visit Korea again. Thanks for sharing
