    Just so u know the led farthest away from the lens is low beam and the closest one is hi beam and if they aint put in there 3-9 it wont project properly so always make sure they r put in properly and it will always work great

    Do the beamtech bulbs twist in also? Wondering for my 2011 Silverado..which my bulbs have to twist into the socket..

      Not really. There are slots you gotta line up and then you twist a lock ring over top of it

    Can you do a video on the adjustment of the headlights ?

      sure thing! Though i'm probably going back to the OEM lens on the ranger. I hate the cheap Chinese one I have on there now. Less than a year and it's rusting!

    I don't know if you are aware of this or not but the light bulb has to be adjusted. It can go in multiple ways. I installed on a Chevy S10 and had the same problem and then found out they needed to be adjusted and work beautiful with a nice distinct light beam

      Yes! Someone mentioned to rotates it 90 degrees. haven’t tried it yet. It stays light pretty late here in Spokane these days and I don’t drive at night much currently. haha. will document it when i get to it. Thanks for reminding me!

    I gotta 2013 Toyota Prius Persona. What kit would you recommend? There's a bunch of different choices. I'm disabled and on a fixed income. Thanks

    I'm trying to figure out what happens on the beam tech bulb if a fan stops spinning is it like a total meltdown and the whole housing will start to catch on fire or how does this work

    • @rayregnogarage
      @rayregnogarage  Před rokem

      I doubt it would catch fire. LEDs don’t get that hot. I bet it would just shut off

    Nice vid man! Could it be possible that the headlight lenses simply weren't designed with LED light dispersion in mind? I'm almost positive its the material or texture of the lense that causes this. If only someone made this kind of lens/housing....

    • @rayregnogarage
      @rayregnogarage  Před 3 lety

      Honestly, not exactly sure. I've never heard of lights being specifically designed for a specific bulb.

    I'd say it again "LED IS NOT MADE FOR REFLECTIVE HOUSING"

  • @StanleyKubick1

    get some new lenses for your headlights, and stop pooping a good product lol

    • @rayregnogarage
      @rayregnogarage  Před 3 lety

      Not pooping on the LEDs. I wouldn't run them on all six of my cars if I didn't like them! The cheap made-in-china lenses on the Ranger are going away soon. The metal parts on them are already rusting. Going back to OEM
