- Tom Delgado takes you on a complete tour of the mansions of Millionaire's Row next to Central Park (aka Fifth Avenue). Millionaire's Row hit its peak in the mid to late 1800's and early 1900's as it went further north. He stops by the Carnegie Mansion, the Frick Mansion, and the Felix Warburg house, among others. Shot by Eric Thirteen.

I wish every CZcamsr had the charisma of this adorable hippy. What a dream boat and funny, too.
Wow!!! If I had a million dollars I would give it all to Tom!
We will hold you to it when you get your million
❤❤
Informative and Entertaining Tour! I believe if you were a History Teacher, more kids would stay in school!
Great to see this through your eyes! Cheers!
Henry Clay Frick not succumbing to the assassination was literally a man of STEEL.
Good tour Tom👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
French, German and Italian accents are frickin' groovy man.
Singing ain't bad too.
Love your videos. Soooo cool.
Tom, keep it up and one day you will be able to buy one of those historic buildings.
You're kidding right?
Tom's for the streets.
No mansions for ol Tommy Boy...It's roommates and ramen for the Tomster...he's butch af.
Making my first trip to NYC next week and am going to make this walk if I have time, since I'll already be in the area. Thanks for the thorough videos.
Spectacular as usual, Tom. I learned a lot. Even though I’m NYC born and raised, I’m not too familiar with the UES. Love the museums, but otherwise too rich for my blood. Thanks to you too, Eric!
I love your videos; I've watched a ton of them. I've never noticed that you say "cool" too often. It's more disruptive to stop and correct yourself each time LOL you definitely don't say it too much imo. Very cool video. Thanks for all your work!
Tom I LOVE your videos and interactions with your camera people lol.
Another SICK and COOL video. Love em. Thanks Tom
Dude... just say Cool. Ain't nobody caring like that. They're just trying to get under your skin.
But that bus pulling up behind... perfect timing. Crack me up 🤣✌🏾
3:30 here's something I bet you didn't know, when Stan Lee and Jack Kirby wrote the Avengers, Kirby used this location as reference for Avengers mansion.
Cafe Sabarsky is one of my favorite cafes in NYC! The best tortes outside of Europe!
So funny! You are the best!

Scaffolding is the king of NYC. Do a story on who controls NYC scaffolding companies, if you dare.

Hello from Canada. I used to live in New York. Loving your videos. Thanks
Love this man
I can only like each video one time!
"If I watch the Playlist I'm like"
Another very fun and informative video. It's like you're there with him on the street. Two years ago my daughter and I had a great day visiting the newly reopened JP Morgan library, sushi lunch (restaurant not at the library) and then going to see "Titanique". (Funny as hell). Just had to share. I come back from Florida whenever I can.
super cool job Eric really cool stuff
Sehr cooles Video, Dankeschön!
Love this old style architecture
The pronunciation of Carnegie to Pittsburgers is like Houston to New Yorkers. It’s Ker-negg-ee 🤣😂🤣
I'm so glad I found your channel! Been watching quite a few of your videos. You keep saying "Cool" 😊 It was funny, because when you were trying not to say ,"cool" I thought to myself you should say groovy...and a minute or two later, you did! 🎉
Delgadosville...it could happen. Eric good work on getting the details. That last building used to house ICP. Then it got sold. It was fun going inside, also the Neue and Russian. house. Really enjoyed this hike. You make the past come alive. Thank you.
"It's a regular who's who of who's dead" 🤣 Classic Tom D 🤣
You Remind Me of my family your goofy makes it fun stay that way

Veeerry inteerrresting!
i like how you always make up a random video comparison scenario to get us to click "Thumbs Up"🤣🤣🤣
Great video! I’ve always wondered about the history of those buildings on billionaires row. Beautiful architecture. By the way, it’s okay to say “cool.” 🤷🏽♀️😊😉😁
Cool video !
Tres, tres Groovy video.
drinking game. take a shot every time Tom says "Cool"
Hardness had a summer house on along Island Sound in Connecticut. Able to be toured. Harry Payne Whitney was married to Gertrude Vanderbilt, sculptor who started Whitney Museum. She was also Anderson Cooper’s great aunt.

I replicated your tour, but not nearly as ‘cool’ without you here. Fun nonetheless! A well deserved 👍🏻
Tom "Carlos Slim" Delgadoooooo babyyyyy!!! LoL
Compared to "Billionaire's Row," I'm assuming "Millionaire's Row" would be considered the proletariat of the "hoity toity wealthy."
Interesting that you mention that Edward S Harkness was buried in Woodlawn Cemetery along with Irving Berlin. Next door to the Harkness mansion is 3 75th Street which was owned by Clarence Mackay whose daughter one cold January day in the 1920s came out of that house to elope with Mr. Irving Berlin. Quite a scandal at that time. The Mackay family also lived in Harbor Hill in Long Island which was no longer exists but it was built by Stanford White who did some other commissions for the Mackay family.
Siiiiick...
You live in NYC and still have $450. I’m shocked!
Awww that old lady, first waited because she saw you were filming, but then decided to walk passed slowly anyway, I kinda was afraid you would turn fast and knock her over 😉
The ninja turtle cracked me up 🤣😂
Come do a tour of Newark's $2 row. That would be cool. 🥃
So much money to throw around those few blocks. I think that Carlos Slim fr Mexico was not a Slim He probably was a Delgado too. You might be related You forgot to mention That Cooper Hewitt s related to Anderson Cooper. I really enjoyed it You made me laugh. And that's good and cool See ya
tomdnyc! How s it going?~outstanding ~
siiiiiiiiiick
He would make an awesome broker.
I walked past every one of those buildings twenty years ago totally oblivious of their history. What an ignoramus!
Funny and smart...
Excellent video, Tom. Just wondering if you would tell me the name and location of the bronze statue near the end of this video. It's a seated woman holding a model of a domed building. It's quite beautiful. Thank you.
I figured out the statue at the 27:18 mark of the video is from the Richard Morris Hunt Memorial across from the Frick Collection. I've seen photos of the whole memorial and wasn't that impressed with it. Your close-up of the statue makes me appreciate how beautiful it is.
Nice work, what's your favorite neighborhood to tour in NYC
Could R. Livingston Beekman have had any relation to the Livingston who signed the Declaration or Independence or the Beekman's of Beekman hospital fame?
I wanna know about the top ten Tex Mex brunch spots tho
❤ your french......👍😂😂😂😂😂
cool
27:52! rich territory
Archer Huntington created The Hispanic Society a beautiful museum higher up in Manhattan.
3:06 you should have go inside 😅❤

Interesting how most of these are billy pretty slim. Is there a reason for this style of architecture? I’d think New York wasn’t soo packed when these Manson were being built…
Camera upgrade? Sick cutoff dude
jackie Kennedy lived at 585 5th ave..
We don't know anything, rich people have stuff you'll never know exist.
I parked my truck in front of Carnegies today and let my wife know I parked by my friend Andy’s house
Interesting. I thought most had been razed, but there are a lot still standing
Does anyone know how to ask Tom for a tour? He would just make our New York trip even more so incredible!
Hey Lara, contact me through Instagram!
