We're the same age Shannon. I grew up in the South also. Texas, to be exact, and I have lots of stories too. My daughter, nieces, and nephews love to hear our stories. They always say that they wish they were living during those times, and I certainly understand why. It was the best of times! Everything was safer. Life was really good. I feel for this generation because they'll never get to experience life without all of the pressures of this world. I wish that we all could do a reset or live like the 70s, at least for 30 days!

me and a friend set a field on fire once and were barely able to save it. I also set my grandmother’s backyard on fire when i was a kid and it’s her favorite story to tell to this day.
I was a huge Sterling fan back in the day. He was the first jersey I ever owned when I was a kid. I wore it until the numbers flaked off. He would have been great had it not been for that injury. Probably Hall of Fame with his brother.
