    To overcome anger we need to think more about love and compassion towards other. Its good to meditiate when we get anger and keep control thought in breathing but it's doesn't help longer. We need to conscious about our anger ans think on the reason why we get anger oftenly. Think, everyone of us same so, as i want happiness and shun suffering then, why I should anger on him who is completely like me.
