What data stream url do we use for a new dedicated only to the reports?

It depends on your business needs but a separate one will make sense. In this post in only covered UA setup not GA4

Hi Thank you. I didn't know where the Google measurement id went in Google Studios. I still am not getting any data (in real time). I noticed in your Google studio setting where you put the measurement id, that you had a data source of all web data. Is this something that needs to be added?

Sorry I did not get your question. You can put either GA4 or Universal Analytics code now in Google Data Studio. You go to report settings and put it there.

Hi It is possible to add multiple IDs in one property in GA? I want to capture usage from differents dashboards. Thanks

One GA property Id per dashboard. So you can have a different id in each dashboard.

@@optizent Thanks for the reply, really appreciated it! I would like to avoid creating one property per dashboard. I have 30 different dashboards. It seems too much to create 30 property IDs. Would you have another suggestion? Many thanks again

@Ana Barbosa Below are the steps I've followed to track usage of multiple reports in a single GA 4 property:
1: Create a new account and can name it something like "Google Data Studio Reporting"
2: Create a new property under the same account "Google Data Studio Reporting Usage"
3: Go to the "Data Streams" of the above property and copy the "Measurement Code"
4: Go to the dashboard you would like to track and paste the measurement id under "Report Settings"
5: In regards to tracking multiple dashboards : Go to each one of the dashboard you would like to track and enter the same measurement ID in its Report Settings.
6: Check back your "Google Data Studio Reporting Usage" property after 48 hours and you should see the data available.
      Thanks and hope this helps!
