Jimmy Herring blows minds. I've seen him lift the stage right of the ground with soaring notes. It took the entire rhythm section bringing all their weight to hold the roof on the place. Jimmy posses that unknown undescriable brilliance.
There are still videos online with their original guitar player, Mike Houser, but they are older and don't come up often in the side bar. Their production and such was far less flashy then but the music had something special. I know they didn't try to replace Mike because that wasn't possible. Herring is a great guitar player, but they lost so much when Mike died.
This was an awesome show with an impressive and different stage setting. I was in the sckool zone and I mean stage right. Those are actual geo stones from a mineral and gem shop in the area. Those are cut geo stones on stage and they are using them with the lights. Left side of Jimmy at 2:20 to 3:00 you can see it best. and its like a 12 foot geo stone. Did I mention its a big fucking rock. Everything rocked that night.

you mean stage left. when using the terms stage right and stage left the perspective is from the stage looking out. so schools side is stage left
