Try this recipe for canning plum compote - always delicious.
    Recipe:
    First, sterilize the dishes.
    Wash well.
    Immerse in water.
    We put it on the grid.
    The volume of the dishes is 0.7 liters.
    Cook.
    We keep it like this for 7-10 minutes.
    Until then, we'll wash the plums.
    We need 1.5 - 2 kg.
    Plums should be ripe but healthy and firm.

Now they are planning to give a third booster dose and also apply to children under 12 years of age. The results came quickly, I live in a small city of 25,000 inhabitants. From having 416 cases, now there are 2. I also have to say that here in my country there was only a kind of non-mandatory quarantine one month last year. After that almost everything was reopened.     Super Idee, funktioniert allerdings nicht mit Pflaumen aus dem Garten. Diese enthalten oft Maden und ihre Hinterlassenschaften. Ich finde es daher besser, sie aufzuschneiden und dann einzudecken oder die Pflaumen Brühen und die Haut abziehen. Auch dann entdeckt man die Maden.

    Perfetto, così si possono conservare per quanto tempo? Non conoscevo questo metodo ma lo trovo veramente fantastico. Si può fare anche con altra frutta? Proverò, per il momento avevo preparato solo un pochino di marmellata ma se posso usare molto meno zucchero sono contenta. Grazie per la ricetta. PS: io i vasi li sterilizzo nel forno, comodo anche come hai fato tu con il vapore. Ciao!!!! LIKE 104, grazie per i sottotitoli in italiano.

    I always close any berries. But I don't sterilize the cans. I wash the cans and berries well. I put sugar in the jars. I pour boiling water over it and close it tightly. I turn the finished cans over and let them cool down.

      Hallo! Leider lässt sich Honig nicht so stark erhitzen! Wenn die Pflaumen sehr süß sind, können Sie es auch ohne Zucker machen!

      Warmer Inhalt und somit warme Gläser = warmes Wasser

      Müsste kaltes Wasser gewesen sein. Der Zucker setzt sich am Boden ab. Sonst würde er sich bei warmen Wasser beginnen aufzulösen.
      Beim Einkochen geht es nach der Regel
      Kalte Gläser also kalter Inhalt im Glas = kaltes Wasser
      Warme Gläser also warmer Inhalt = warmes Wasser
      Zum Angießen im Topf.
