Judge Amber Wolf is awesome, she let the defendant see his newborn son. We need more people in the world like this
Absolutely, I couldn't agree more! Judge Amber Wolf's decision to let the defendant see his newborn son is a beautiful example of humanity and compassion in the justice system.
It was nice of her, but we need more people with children on the way to NOT steal a bunch of flat screen tvs so they can meet their children and actually raise them. That poor kid has 2 losers for parents that he didn't ask for. Who's raising that poor baby? Grandma? Uncle Sam? Great his dad got to see him for a minute, I guess, now what about the rest of his life?
@@smittysmeee We have rules so society doesn't turn anarchy in mass. Those are the consequences.
@smittysmeee we should build a society so that ppl arent obligated to do these things. ppl dont just steal tvs for nothing, probably to sell or make money - its possible he had no other way to support his family. not saying its right but be a bit sympathetic, not every situation is with bad intentions. the same way how ppl steal groceries because they cant afford to eat yk?
@@smittysmeeeyup think of the consequences however that dosnt negate being kind and allow moments for connection. They stole stuff, they didn't torture little kids and eat them. Honestly that compassion could be a catalyst to one or both of them to really work to be there in the way they want for their kid, maybe not but kids make huge impacts on people, so does kindness and empathy.
Court is usually so stuffy and formal, its actually kinda nice to see the humanity and vulnerability in these judges
These judge's are legends. No other words.

I said this once, and I'll say it again: in a better world, Brooks would have had the death penalty.
Amen
If he was in a state that allowed the death penalty, he certainly would have got it.
I understand your perspective and the strong feelings you have on this matter. The call for the death penalty in certain cases reflects a deep desire for justice and accountability, especially in situations where the crimes committed have caused irreparable harm or loss.
Definitely
Trevorpearl, think how unjust are penal laws in Europe and Italy, especially: a 31 y.o. man driving carelessly killed 2 kids, 9 and 11 y.o., and was sentenced 9 years in prison. Yet no more than 6 years later he has been released. Again: a couple of days ago, a 22 y.o. pleaded guilty for driving higher speed than what prescribed, killed a 5 y.o.child and got 4 years probation, totally avoiding jail. But one of the worst and shameful example is the case of little Tommaso Onofri, 3 y.o., killed with repeated blows of shovel, soon after been kidnapped, because of his crying. I am ashamed in telling here the penal outcome of this murder: check the web. Unfortunately, we have plenty of crazy proceedings alike.
Brooks is a waste! No tax dollars should be spent on one meal for him
I'm still scratching my head.
Wisconsin got rid of the Death Penalty.
What Darrell did WARRANTS the death penalty
Dorow is a dead soul and a waste of tax payer money.
The death penalty costs more and you're letting them off easy. He will spend the rest of his life in a box, knowing each day how severely he screwed up his life and hopefully seeing the faces of the victims every night. That's a punishment, spending a lifetime thinking about what he did. It also means that the surviving victims can move on directly, instead of waiting for years for the punishment to be enacted. That on top of the fact that many innocent men have been executed over the years, means that the death penalty is just not worth it.
Judge Dorow dealt with so much insanity with Darrell Brooks
The toll that the Brooks trial took on Judge Dorow is undeniable. Her desire to treat a murderer with undeserved fairness, to attempt to maintain the integrity of the judicial process, and to bring justice for victims and their survivors, was something to behold.
It was all things considered. She really showed great restraint and humanity to a man who didn't deserve it period.
One day, a friend of mine's son decided to drive drunk. He was speeding and driving erratically. Police had to chase him for over 1/2 hour on the highway, through villages and small roads. He then hid in the woods and resisted arrest. All he got was a slap on the wrist, small fine and permit withdrawn for 6 months. When I told him he could have killed many people and that his actions were irresponsible and inexcusable, his mother got very upset, claiming her son was " a good boy, her angel" and to stop being so cruel and harsh towards him. I left her the number of an AA chapter, wished them luck and ceased all contact.
He definitely needs education that alcohol is a drug, just like people need to take the consequences of cannabis seriously.
@@tcconnectionpot may be a man made drug but is also a plant. I smoke all the time but I wouldn't be stoned and drive. Cause that would be a danger to me and everyone. Pots not that bad in my opinion like other people make it out to be but yea there are consequences if people aren't doing it responsibly.
That's why my church says: *everything in moderation.*
You can have fun!- But don't do anything stupid.
You can drink!-Don't get drunk unless **you're at home!**

@@tcconnectionlist some consequences then. You can't that's why you didn't
@@sarah69420- I can: cannabis can cause psychotic breaks that may turn permanent.
Seriously, look it up.
Judges are humans too and have to deal with things (as do the police, and other emergency services) that none of us would ever want to deal with. It's hard enough to read or watch news reports. No amount of money would make me want to do that job, but I'm eternally grateful that brave people do.
Im glad The father got to hold his baby. Maybe itll triger something In him for him to get his stuff together.
I was thinking 🤔 the same thing
Judges are human too. This is a good video reminder of that fact.
How Judge Darrow has not ended up in an asylum, after the trial of that crazy Brookes, is beyond me. She deserved a medal. 😣
I cried right along with you judge Darrow
Dorow - not like Clarence Darrow.
Trial after horrors of crimes that the judges have to watch. day after day how could anyone blame these judges.
Right? They’re only human.
Which one?
@@khonkhosilelihle7414you cannot be serious for asking this question
Judge Wolf has the compassion that needs to be displayed, like Judge Frank Caprio showed before his retirement.
She has a heart. I would want her to try any case I was in. She is a great person.
And that first judge is the kind of person I would want making decisions in our judicial system. She hasn't forgotten what all these systems are ultimately about which is our humanity And it's healthy survival.
To show compassion and empathy this way is a person's strength - it is far weaker to show nothing, feel nothing and behave in the way these criminals did. There is no shame in showing emotion and the victims families will have been heartened by it.
Its nice to see judges show emotion. A lot of them hear so much b.s that they become bitter and i get it, but this is very wholesome and sad at the same time
Your doctored photo thumbnail is a disgrace and an insult to the work these judges do.
I’ve seen Judge Wolf in a couple trials. This one with the baby and the one where she calls the jail and chews them out for sending a woman to court with no pants or hygiene products are always the first things that come to mind when I see her
No pants?? Dafuq
When I saw the one with the lady with no pad or tampons and no pants my blood was boiling.
That woman hadn’t been found guilty of a damned thing and was stripped of her dignity and hygiene let alone pants.
Utterly infuriating.
People forget judges are people too.
My sisters killer has been out there since 1988, she was 7. Taras murder being solved gave me some hope
This guy never fails with his godly uploads
Daryl brooks (oh yeah he doesn't consent to being called that name) wasn't fanning himself he was objecting to something the judge was saying during sentencing as if it was the appropriate time. People in the comments if you haven't seen this case then please go watch it, I have never seen a defendant be so disrespectful in my life but be ready to be pi$$ed off.
I've seen bits of it and I cannot stand the guy!!! It is SO maddening!
Still i wish, the judge had not cried in front of him. He probably relives this at night in his cell. Horrible"man".
We need more judges like Dorow
I’m glad to seeing a video of judges doing good. To many thrive on the negativity!!! There are more doing good then bad, but you won’t see that in the news sadly!
When you think of all horror judges have to see and hear on the daily, it's bound to take a toll
Great editing skill. Love it 🎉
I didn't watch the full trial, but I've seen enough to know that Brooks is a freaking psycho
What a great Judge in Kentucky.. Love Kentucky
If you are the criminal and the Judge is crying about your crime you did to innocents ... no lawyer on this world will get you OUT of it!... Pray buddy!
LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE ? I LOVE THIS SMART JUDGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We forget judges are only human
That is probably the best video that he put out
As long as they build bars in the middle of parking lots, their will be DUIs
Wtf are you talking about?
@@bodhiswayze1892 A bar, usually, has a parking lot. This implies someone drove there. Are you saying they all catch cabs home?
@@IMWeira Do you people who say that kind of thing just like to willfully ignore that bars generally have employees who have to drive to work?
@@FrenkTheJoy How many people that leave that bar drive drunk? I bet at least 30%.
There is only justice where there is mercy
Outstanding! We need more conservative judges like those in the video.
Amen ❤
LOL
We’ve forgotten what humanity and empathy require 😢
The horrific things some people must see, because of the actions of other people…..😢
I love Judge Wolf ❤
In Belgium (and all of Europe I assume as well) you can ask to switch judges and delay the trial because of this emotional behaviour. Not very favorable for the defendants
Just shows that they actually have hearts...❤❤❤
some..not the ones paid to dismiss cases of child trafficking/murder by the so-called elites. And they are many.
I will ALWAYS remember the Darrell Brooks crime story. He got sentenced to 6 life sentences plus 700 years
The commentary is terrible and unnecessary.
Can someone explain to me how these sentences are issued? A man drinks and drives and murders 2 innocent people and only gets 10 years??? Should that not be for life? I feel like 10 years is literally nothing. I can never understand the consistency when it comes to these heavy crimes. I feel so bad for these folks :(
In our wonderful justice system, death caused by driving under the influence doesn’t carry the same penalties and punishments as murder. It’s not considered intentional (in my eyes it should be) and is considered more like an afterthought. In some states if it’s a 1st offense, they can be let off with probation! It’s crazy to me! Hell, I’ve seen people get charges dropped completely or reduced to a minor traffic infraction when they have the right lawyer. I was in court one day and dude was charged with his 12th felony assault and 3rd attempted murder while being on probation and walked out with 12mos probation added to his time. I’m in court because I got paid with a fake money order after selling some stuff on eBay (early 2000s). My friend cashed it at his store for me. Deputy comes to pick up bad checks for the week, sees the money order set to the side (when he called to tell me what happened almost 6 mos later, I immediately paid him for the MO amount plus his bank fees. He set it to the side to remember to take it home). Deputy picks it up and adds it to the pile. By this time I’m pregnant with my youngest. I’m arrested and booked. During court my friend testifies that I paid back every penny plus some and he never had any intention of pressing charges. I was 26 yrs old. Never even had as much as a traffic ticket. I’m sent to prison for 4 months plus 3 yrs supervised probation and made to pay it back all over again plus court costs and probation fees. Judge said he had no tolerance for stuff like that and didn’t believe I was a victim but yet ol boy ahead of me that can afford a $10k per appearance lawyer gets 12 mos probation for almost beating 3 people to death. I lost my job, got kicked out of college and my credit ruined. I’m 43 and I can’t get a job or a loan and you can forget about being approved for housing. Our system is great!
It's the stupid law makers, as far as I'm concerned anyone under the influence of any drug including alcohol, that kills while driving is a murderer, they make the choice to do it so it isn't an acident.
IF it were my family they killed....they would WANT to stay in jail. I would be standing at that gate waiting for them the day they were released. Driving drunk is murder as far as I can see.
It depends on the actual details of each case, but generally if there's a possibility for the defendant to reform, they won't get a super harsh sentence. It's better for them and for the tax payers that way, for them to live with regret and learn to stop doing whatever got them in jail in the first place.
I mean if every person who drove drunk was required to stay in jail for life like that reply was suggesting, they would need to build more prisons.
Now of course I don't blame anyone for thinking 10 years seems to short a sentence for killing two people, even if it was purely accidental. I don't even know what I think is a fair sentence for that.
Thought the same thing.
Ten years not enough!
I agree with these judges that's what makes them good judges they have a conscience and heart
The first judge is amazing, Blessed Be.
She will definitely need therapy we’re all human 😢may god bless her
I haven’t met a person yet that doesn’t try to drive after drinking when they have a vehicle the night they begin drinking. I’ve seen ppl get their keys forced from them, but they do still try to drive. I personally don’t drink, but it definitely seems to take away their judgement and they always seem to want to drive home. Unfortunately as long as alcohol and vehicles exist together, there will always be drunk driving and horrible deaths caused from it. I’ve lost 3 family members on different occasions who were victims of other peoples drunk driving. It’s so senseless and it sucks knowing it could happen to anyone of us in the blink of an eye.
I reeeeally wish you would stop using AI slop for thumbnails
100% agree!!😡
This^^^ I've never watched a single video of this channel and never will because of these shitty thumbnails!
Some people really don't deserve Judge Dorrow.
That guy doesn't get how fanning himself works😂
This is what makes a true Judge
judges are people too. they've taken an oath to pass judgement on people and change their lives forever. the things they deal with on a day to day basis is obviously going to take it's tole on them eventually.
Absolutely, you've hit on a crucial point. Judges, indeed, are people first and foremost, tasked with immense responsibilities. Their role requires them to make decisions that can profoundly affect the lives of individuals and their communities.
10 years for double vehicular manslaughter is crazy.
I loved the 1st one 🥰 judge Amber Wolf deserves the best
That first one got me in tears
Their human ♥️
I pray for the judges and their grief they live with 😢❤
I really think it is horrendous how short the sentencing is for some of the criminals, & they are young!! They should all be sentenced to life imprisonment with no parole!! Some of them will be able to get out, yet they are evil people!! It really breaks my heart to the family in court. What sort of life they will all go through??????
why are so many in wisconsin ick. so glad i moved.
More judges need. To show just a little more humanity
The first one got me i don't like kids but even that got me I am not a easy person to tear up
Those thumbnails are hideous!! So fake it's untrue
And it's only getting worse. So many crime channels have started with these fake cartoonish faces.
That first one made me cry. All judges should be like that woman. I think that kind of compassion can change a person for the better. She is doing these criminals a great service without letting them off too easily (as she only made an exception - didn't reverse the entire order.)
And I am thankful to God or whatever is out there that I'm not the person standing in court on the last one, because that could have been my dumb ass when I was still drinking and driving like it was legal. And I only have God to be thankful to for that, that I never hit anybody. I think the punishment he received was entirely fair. Shouldn't be treated like first degree murder - because it isn't. More like manslaughter. I didn't even know they could ban you from drinking after getting out though - I think that's fucking great.
If you're at a hearing and a Judge starts to cry, you better hope to GOD they're on your side. I don't think even Casey Anthony's lawyer would have a good chance defending anyone who the judge is against.
Midges need to have a heart and compassion
I could never be in their position. I tend to internalize others suffering and feel like they are mine as well. I tear up just watching other people cry. This world is a crazy place and nothing is guaranteed. Hold your loved ones. They could be gone at an instance... 💔
As a German law student who had his fair share of watching and aiding judges here I can tell you one thing: many judges try their damn hardest to not only deliver a fair judgement in terms of the law, but also the person and society. And yet there are cases that rip your heart out and let it bleed right in front of your eyes. Of course there are people who think judges are cold, cruel and corrupt. Some are, yes, but an overwhelming majority is empathetic, fair and just in the sense that you can only cower down in shame at your actions in front of the one judging you and laying out everything you have done. I think that many people in our society would benefit from such a point of view: to listen, to take a look, to be more interested in the truth rather than the outcome and the willingness to engage even those who might have done abhorable deeds in the name of fairness, justice, truth and peace.
Für was bist du Jurastudent?
Für die Kuschelhand der Justiz?
I really like these videos but I wish the narrator would shut up. Like honestly stop telling me what’s obvious and just let me watch it 🙄
I hope that one moment of holding that tiny little thing in his arms was enough to tell him, "Change."
I couldn't do that job💔
when the judges cry, we cry, but sometimes not, it just sad
Awwww
Alright dude.. The thumbnail is a little over the top. Got a little nuts with the Photoshop.
Omg tge guy only got ten years for killing two people ? 5 years each that was all their lives were worth...omg 😮😮😮😮😮
Regarding the Brooks case, we had an unfortunate aimilar airuation here in Charlottesville, VA when someone drove through an equality rally, killing one and injuring several 🥺
Similar here in Canada.. Alex Menassian (spelling?)
My favorite uncle drove drunk and killed 2 people and himself when I was a child. It is how I learned what death is. And drunk driving. My father flipped out when he died....it basically ruined my family in an avalanche of consequences. Nobody escapes the carnage. Dont. Drive. Loaded.
Darrell Brooks should not have been determined competent to stand trial. That he is extremely disturbed and mentally ill was evident from the start. He should have been treated, put on medication and then it should have been decided if he could stand trial or be institutionalized until he was competent. Since he was tried and found guilty, he should have been sent to a facility for severely disturbed inmates and not to a prison where he will be a danger to other inmates and guards. Dangerous, seriously disturbed inmates shouldn't be housed with the general population in a prison. Brooks belongs in a psychiatric prison unit where he can be medicated and watched so he doesn't kill anyone else.
You know you're screwed when...
While getting emotional does make the judges more human, I think that it’s inappropriate. Judges need to be stoic at all times.
That last guy ONLY GOT 10 YEARS for killing 2 people?????🤬
Third guy in the thumbnail stepped on a LEGO😊
To be honest, the true Judges have emotions, its true that they should never let emotions cloud their judgement, doesn't mean they're not a human or emotionless 🙏
And this is why they shouldn't be judges.
They see a lot of ugly stuff
And of course they did not expect that 😂
Let’s make it clear… the car Darrell brooks used to murder people was his mothers car. Lets also make it clear that Darrell’s mom enabled his bad behavior his entire life
It’s the court box fort guy
The last one Got 10 years for killing 2 people. In my opinion he should have gotten a harsher sentence even tho it Mighty have been accidental
Who ever is making these videos needs to learn to stop interrupting just to point out the obvious.
The battle in my head between better mental health facilities and prison just scored one for prison. But I do see that if we had better mental health care facilities some of these or other crimes could have been prevented.
We are house plants with complicated emotions
The dude talked over every video and didn't let us actually watch any of it. Watching the actual video would've been a lot better than hearing you tell us what happened with them in the background.
The video is very difficult to watch. There is too much narration, interjection and choppy editing. Rather let the hero shots play out clearly with minimal comment before and after. Regardless, I appreciate the material.
10 years for killing 2 people?! Horrible
If a judge isn't human (with exception of individualistic darwanism), I don't want them to be a judge! These judges are human!
THE FIRST COUPLE WAS COMPLETELY UNDESERVING OF SYMPATHY. HORRIBLE PARENTS, PERIOD.
Brooks should have gotten the death penalty. I can’t imagine the horrific images that Judge Dorow had to see and understand her tears.
10 years for murdering a mother and a daughter??? How is that Justice??
