I used to live next to that filling station in 1966 when it was called Plaza Garage a VW dealership where I worked before moving to work at Maranello Concessionaires. There was a Fish & Chip shop between No.22 where I lived and garage with a Body Shop to the rear . The ambulance station also behind Garage.I will be 74 this year and am riding a Ducati Monster 695 so if you look up Old Bloke on a Ducati Monster M695 on CZcams you can see the countryside near where I live now. Sorry for preaching on my other post, but it really burns me up to know that happened as soon as you got it. It's a beautiful bike and I'm glad that you could get it with the help of one of the few amazing dealerships out there. It speaks volumes for their level of service! 👍🏼🏍️

I'm glad you have a garage for your HP4 now, that's a must have for a bike like that ! I have a 2017 Kawasaki ZX10R that stays in the garage too, so I don't have to worry about it !

I bought my dream bike (thruxton r) end of last year when my bike was stolen 3 days before xmas. Might have to come up with a better storage solution. Live about 10 mins from Romsey so if you do want someone to ride with not too far away. Although mainly weekends these days.

Hi Joanna, so frustrating to hear what that scum done to your bike. I ride a HP4 Carbon Competition myself and can honestly say that it's the best bike I've EVER owned, such as previous GSXR's etc. So comfortable, easy to ride, and the DTC is amazing, as I'm sure you'll agree. I trust and hope you have loads of great times on such a machine. Ps. Although I've put on more extra carbon, such as hugger and front screen (from Japan), the HP4 wheel rim-strips off eBay really set the bike off. Worth fitting!!

trading in my Street Triple for the S1000RR Sport package at the end of this year, as I will never give up my GSXR1000 K1, And love how you blank out your speedo lol I do the same here in Jersey as our speed limit os 40mph haha which of course all us bikers stick to ;) lmao

Joanna, don't put all your eggs in one basket, you need two bikes. Road & track. It looks like the price to replace your stolen parts cost far more than some insurance cover.
