This is a simple installation of out PWCBRACKET to add some sound to the jetskis while were riding without having to pay a fortune. Thanks to some of the comments both here and on our FaceBook page. The bracket needs to be mounted the opposite way than what I did and that will solve the problem with the storage unit have less space to open.

No matter how much you spend, a rechargeable Bluetooth speaker isn't going to be loud enough or have good sound quality once you get moving fast enough to hear wind noise. They just don't have the power /amplification to over come it. For that, you need a hard wired system, such as an mtx sound bar, wet sounds bar, or pod/wakeboard speakers with a stand alone head unit.
Oh I agree 100%. This is for those that don't want to spend a ton or have to do any major aftermarket modifications to their skis to get some sound that's convenient and easy
Idk, I have 2 20w Bluetooth speakers on my ski and it's loud as fuck. Ecoxgear brand, they were $80 a piece I believe and they sync together. You can add up to 100 of them and they all pair together
PWC Brackets also sells a couple of different speakers that are waterproofed for the system. The newest soundwave 2.0 wireless is awesome.
I'll definitely have to check them out! Hopefully this helped out more. I've had two people say they've ordered a couple brackets because of the video already. They really do make a good quality product that's easy to use.

Looks like this location may impede the compartment door beneath the speaker to be limited opening. Can you comment how far you can open the lid?
Absolutely and yes it does a little.
I'm actually on the water right now making another video testing it and reviewing it.
I probably won't have it uploaded until Wednesday though.
So far I can still get my phone, wallet, keys in and out of it but you do have to squeeze you're hand in a little bit

It was my mistake. I have the bracket reversed as a few have mentioned which will then give you more room for the storage lid. Sorry about that, definitely my mistake

I suppose everyone has their own opinion of what cheap is. Have you seen the prices of speakers for jet skis lately? If you can find decent ones cheaper let me know. I'd definitely like to try them out and maybe do a review

Does the sound cut out after a certain does?
Yea unfortunately after about 35mph you can barely hear anything. It's more for sandbar and lower speeds

Once I get going, I can’t even hear my Bluetooth speaker
What speed are you losing clarity at? I could go about 35 depending on the speaker and still hear somewhat of what the words are saying and after that it's pointless trying to hear anything
This is not a speaker install. It is a speaker strap on. Nothing technical about it at all.
