I find the “no momentum” shit kinda dumb unless you training to be a bodybuilder your going to use momentum when training for most of your life especially in sports so I find it kinda dumb unless your looking to be a bodybuilder

Calisthenics usa entrenamientos mayormente con el propio peso del cuerpo Para crecer un grupo o serie de musculos...las piernas y gluteos son el grupo muscular mas grande del cuerpo y por tanto y demas se debe trabajar de igual forma en calisthenics. Si siguiera personas que hacen calisthenics Vera que Los musculos de sus piernas son muy desarrollados al igual que el resto de su cuerpo!!!!

they dont care about muscles because their main goal is just athleticism, and muscles are a biproduct of that

it's cheating on every movement you can instead of having any semblance of control
It's maximizing more weight for more strength so on muscle ups people make jokes but they are really just saving strength
