      they dont care about muscles because their main goal is just athleticism, and muscles are a biproduct of that

      ​@@keiztrat ​@Keiztrat As much as I'm not a fan of CrossFit, they are much more athletic than people give them credit for. Deffo more athletic than someone doing Calisthenics, but then again upper body wise they will be weaker so 🤷

      Could anyone be kind like a normal human should be, let the man do his thing I don't see a problem with crossfit or calisthenics which is the problem with literally everything people can't leave something alone so they end fighting over the dumbest of reasons.

      I find the “no momentum” shit kinda dumb unless you training to be a bodybuilder your going to use momentum when training for most of your life especially in sports so I find it kinda dumb unless your looking to be a bodybuilder

The bad thing about crossfitters is that they call themselves strong while the point of the exercise is not doing it for the longer time, that’s why you will never see a calisthenics athlete cheat, because that is the point being strong enough to do the movement the slower possibleu

    I like them both. A good CF trainer would tell you not to begin doing keeping pull-ups until you reach 10 or 12 strict ones.

      It's maximizing more weight for more strength so on muscle ups people make jokes but they are really just saving strength

      @Fuerza_calistenia Pues se equivoca. Calisthenics no es un deporte cual utilice mayormente una seri de musculos, como ciclismo , por tanto su comparacion no viene al caso. Calisthenics usa entrenamientos mayormente con el propio peso del cuerpo Para crecer un grupo o serie de musculos...las piernas y gluteos son el grupo muscular mas grande del cuerpo y por tanto y demas se debe trabajar de igual forma en calisthenics. Si siguiera personas que hacen calisthenics Vera que Los musculos de sus piernas son muy desarrollados al igual que el resto de su cuerpo!!!!
