Hey guys I have recently got my visa and I guess this will help you.
You visa is not in the hands of the visa interviewer . It depends on what you provide . On the visa day i forgot to bring my parents id proofs and my visa interviewer gave me 1 hour to get the id proof Xerox. And I got my visa within 20 days. So here is my advice . Go to the visa embassy with a neat dress , talk good , if your not clear to the interviewer say it again until they understand and finally i am saying it again the visa is not in the hands of the interviewer. 😀😀
All the best for the people who are still waiting for the visa
And all the best for you

The truth is, even before you arrive at the embassy, there’s already a decision on your application. That is why the application form is sent online for them to review in advance. The personal appearance is just a way for the consul to announce that decision or probably convince them to change their minds. But there is no way they can decide just by talking to you in 2-5 minutes. That is why they have computers in front of them, checking out on your application. Their only job is basically to announce the result of the application, not to assess you because that process has already been done in advanced.

Let me explain countries have one of 2 types of immigration: Family base and merit base. Merit base Canada uses family base United States. Merit base is determined by individuals education and skill level what he or she can tribute to the country's growth he or she will not be a (charge) meaning taking government services, money or aid. Canada has 347 skill base occupations where immigrants can have a path to citizenship.
Unlike the United States its family base immigration is base on a lottery

and americans/europeans are complaining when they are asked to submit docs to get visa... they just dont know how hard it is for a 3rd world country passport holder to get a visa. the pile of documents that are required (enough to reveal everything about you), the no return expensive fees, and a 5 min. one way interview to decide your fate.

Going in for a scholarship program, I was rejected. The question that pulled me out was... What assets do you have here in country B.
The answer I gave was, I've got no answers in country B. I'm a student in country B.
I said this expecting to be asked about assets in country A but that one mistake ousted me from the show.
I lost the opportunity to get a visa to gain knowledge into a graduate program I passionately celebrated having gained admission into.
Perhaps, I would've said, I don't have any assets in country B here where I'm a student but I do have assets in country A , my country, which is the reason for going in for this program in order to gain knowledge to improve on the business in country A.
I'm tempted to ask, does being interviewed in a second country other than your country of origin reduces one's chances of being granted a visa?
Is there a degrees of communicating too much and not communicating too much?
I found myself in this mix up and felt strongly that the interviewer, a female, perhaps just didn't like me, a black girl being interviewed in an Asian country, since then, it as been hard to get this opportunity again which I'm still very much looking up to .

Before you apply for US visa, know that the college/university fees are five times higher than what US citizens pay. You cannot legally work except the college/university or job you applied for. You cannot get a drivers license for more than the months/years your visa is valid for. The average time it takes for you to be eligible for applying for green card is 7 years and it takes 13 more years to get green card and 5 more years to get citizenship. You can be rejected by boarder security officers at airport for any reason, regardless of getting visa. The only thing cool about US is bragging to your friends and family about getting the visa.

If this is the case, it's such BS. A visa interview is not supposed to be like an academic examination. These people should know one can get nervous in fear of their visa being rejected. Also aren't they aware one could have adhd, ocd, etc?

Do you want a company that can handle any problem in your visa and passport application process, whether your travel plans require you to be abroad in under 24 hours or you have weeks to prepare? Wouldn’t you prefer to deal with a business that has helped thousands of people navigate bureaucracies for over 12 years, a travel visa expediting agency catering to small businesses with the resources of a large one

If you go shopping around as they call it the chances of you not even getting an interview will go up. Always apply in the region you live. Make sure all your paperwork is in order. Never make stuff up, it is perfectly all right to say "I don't know".
